While the Apodaca location offered standard amenities, the staff's demeanor was notably different from what I'm accustomed to. The lack of warmth and engagement created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which was unexpected for a brand known for its welcoming environment. The hotel’s location near a shopping plaza was a convenient perk, allowing for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. Additionally, its proximity to the airport, with available airport transfers, was a plus. However, the early morning flight transfer limitation might be a drawback for some travelers. While the hotel's location and amenities are suitable for business travelers, the less-than-welcoming staff experience makes it less appealing for families seeking a warm and inviting stay."
