"We arrived late at the hotel after a ten hours drive. The person we met at the reception was rude and inefficient. She only excused herself for her lack of knowledge and she had no idea how to deal with customers. She was nit wearing a tag and refused to give her name. The room was hot (27C) as the AC was switched off. After switching it on it did not work well and it was during a period of extreme heat in Arad."

"Excellent hotel, we are very satisfied with the service. The rooms are clean, equipped as described, with a small balcony. Insect protection nets on the window. Good heating in the room. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi with hot water are beautiful, clean hot water, there are changing rooms, toilets, free for hotel guests. Free parking inside the hotel yard. The location is good, just a few minutes by car to the center. The breakfast is basic, but has everything you need from food, fruit, as well as coffee and juices. The staff is very friendly. All recommendations."

"A great 5 star hotel. When checking in the receptionist was friendly and gave us a lot of information regarding the different tourist atractions. The room was clean and had a lot of smart feauteres , even the bathroom mirror had buttons. When we went downstairs to eat, everything was already there. The restaurant was not full. I recommend the croissants if you want a good desert."
