"The hotel rooms were well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable. There's a shopping plaza next to the hotel with several fast-food restaurants, making shopping and dining very convenient. The hotel is located right next to U.S. Route 101, making driving and parking very convenient. The breakfast was good 👍 and the staff were friendly."

"There were a couple of cracks in the bath tub area and some of the paint/wallpaper was chipping away on the wall towards the ceiling in the bathroom."

"The hotel is located approximately 7 minutes drive on 101 from Arcata downtown. The front counter staffs were very nice and helpful. This is where the niceties stops. There is no elevator for the second floor rooms. Guests have to use an outside stairs to get to the second floor. There was no luggage rack, hair dryer in the room when we checked in. We had to ask the front desk staff for them. We had to ask for an additional roll of toilet paper also. There was mold around the bathtub calking. The wall light did not work until the last day, it miraculously turned on. The included breakfast was terrible. They only replace the towels after the third day, to protect environment, however, after they took the old towels they didn't bring any new towels back. The front desk staff said that they had problem with their machines, she later on only brought two large towels for us. With the price tag of $190.71 per night, plus taxes and fees it was $854.39 for four nights, and with the "Ramada by Wyndham" name one would expected a place more than a 2.5 stars motel. It looks like the management or the owner has some catch-up to do."
