"Noted improvements abound since my last stop a year ago. Refurbishments and upgrades are ongoing in some rooms. BWP Elomaz remains among the best in this city despite the springing up of several new hotels around town. Whilst charges have gone up for the services, a lot is still desired to keep pace with increased costs. Dinner buffet was somewhat spartan (as compared to few years ago) with fewer offerings on the table. Breakfast was slightly better Sleep quality is good as well as the new changes in the rooms."

"I love ❤️ Bon Hotel. As an American I am very very please. Upper management made sure our honeymoon stay exceeded our expectations. Our room is so beautiful. All staff super friendly. Kingsley, Felix, front desk reception, Armstrong amazing. Once you walk into the hotel you are welcome immediately. I give Bon Hotel a better stay then The Plaza in New York. Bon Hotel thank you for a wonderful stay. We will return. You gave us a beautiful honeymoon staycation. The Plaza in NY can’t beat the Bon Hotel. Hotel with class. If you ever are in Asaba. "I stayed 3 nights at the hotel ( Best Western Plus Elomaz) in Asaba from 26th to 29th May 2024. The first room they gave me was not clean, so I complained and they assigned me to another room which even though I slept there was substandard. So I went to speak to the Front Office Manager (Mr Uche Ezeh) who was very professional, and acted promptly to rectify the problems. Mr Ezeh, inspected the second room that was assigned to me and agreed that it was substandard, as he noted that the faucet (tap) was coming off hinge, the toilet was incessantly running water, some part of the wall was covered in some dark colour and there was paint on the carpet. Mr Ezeh apologised and was able to get me a suitable room which was clean and up to Elomaz's standard. I was impressed by Mr Ezeh's professionalism, and proactiveness in resolving the issues. At the end of my stay, I was a happy customer. Thanks to Mr Ezeh."
