Good location. Very nice view from my room and rooftop restaurant. Spacious and clean room. Staff are nice and patient. The front desk staff Ioannis is very helpful to arrange airport transfer for us. The driver is very helpful too. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

We stayed here for almost a week, with two rooms for my wife, myself, my baby daughter and my mother in law. The hotel has some nice points and some points which I think need improving. The staff were all fine, and well trained as you should expect for the price. The rooms were a little small for 200-240 euro per room per night. The bathroom was the worst of you are large like me (194cm tall medium build). Standing in the shower one elbow was touching one side and other elbow was touching other wall, the toilet was temperamental and you could see it needs refurbishment in some parts. The shower gel was a little unpleasant too but soap was nice. They charge 5 or 6 euro for a bottle of water on room service which I found insane. The lobby is very big but strangely empty. For the good the room was ok, the staff again, food was fine, parking was easy (which in greek cities can be rare) and mattress was comfortable. However I think we will try a different hotel next time as I didn’t feel the price reflected the hotel.

Adalah disyorkan bahawa Ctrip membuat harga lebih tepat pada masa hadapan dan memperkenalkan bilik dengan lebih terperinci! Sebagai contoh, jika kita memerlukan tab mandi, kita harus menandakannya dengan jelas supaya kita tidak perlu malu apabila sampai ke hotel! !

The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available around the clock. We stayed in a room with an acropolis view and it was nice to hang out on the balcony and look out after sunset. This hotel is very accessible to most things and the bus stop is right across the street in case you want to wander a little further. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby walking distance with late hours. There are a few major shopping streets right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to Athens in the future.

Reception was very friendly during check-in and staff for breakfast was very nice. The facilities were alright for us. I'm not sure if it was just our room or the entire building but there was this constant ”smoke” smell during our stay that was very difficult to ignore in our room. They did offer us to change a room but after walking around the floor and lobby, might of been just a smell that was throughout the building. There was a used orange drink in our fridge which could of been easily missed by the maids but was a little concerning what else might of been missed. Again all minor issues that would not stop me from staying there again if needed.

本來是選擇作為歇腳的酒店，卻給了很多驚喜。酒店位置好極了，離憲法廣場、普拉卡休閑購物集市和衞城都是步行距離。酒店頂樓的餐廳真是觀賞衞城夜景的最佳觀景台，早餐也非常豐富可口品質挺好的。房間整潔，淋浴很好。推薦！

辦理入住酒店真的是一個讓人難受的經歷。上午機場預約好的車接了我們，直奔酒店，10點就到了酒店，Check in 人還不算多，排隊等候之後辦理入住手續，告訴我房間沒有整理好，要下午3點之後回來才有房間，起碼折騰了一個小時，就是在電腦裏搗鼓了一下，也沒有説先分配好房間，製作給房間房卡，等我們外出回來可以直奔房間。寄存行李後外出觀光，結果下午3：40回到酒店，大堂裏都是人，排隊等候辦理入住手續。我挑了相對人比較少的一個隊排，大概前面就3～4個人左右吧，結果一排就是40分鐘，排的人煩躁，中間我過去問前台，上午已經辦理了check in手續的客人，能不能優先給辦理房卡？前台回答是排隊。好不容易排到我了，那個前台不是在接電話處理別的事情就是慢慢騰騰，又等了十幾分鍾，然後又找到了半天，找到我上午辦理入住手續簽過字的卡片，又幾乎是重新開始辦理上午入住時的程序………，我壓不住火氣，大聲抱怨她的效率低下，説為什麼就不能專門安排一個前台隊伍，協助上午已經排隊過已經辦理了入職手續的客人快速辦理房卡？難以置信他們的效率低下和程序設計的不合理，我抱怨説，等於一個上午來辦理入了住手續的客人，下午來領房卡，被迫還要再重新排一次長隊，等待很長的時間忍受他們低下的效率，才能到自己的房間裏。我憤怒的聲音驚動一個可能職位稍微高一些的人出來，替換了那個女的前台。然而，他還是至少用了至少20分鐘，（要我的信用卡擔保扣除60歐元的按金，信用卡刷來刷去就是刷不到位……），最終，整個過程折騰了一個多小時，終於拿到房卡。這家酒店從地圖上看，位置不算差，但從北往南（比如從衞城那邊）步行回來，非常的不方便，不方便過馬路，要繞很長一段路才能到。Uber也要繞路回來。早餐還算不錯，其他都算正常。在雅典，我們到衞城排隊買票到進去的排隊經歷，感受到的也是不合理的時間浪費，到酒店入住的低下的無能，深深雅典是一個效率低下拉胯的地方。

Hotel is OK. '5 star' in the sense it has all of the amenities required by the city to make it a 5 star but this is not a 5 star in terms of service, modern facilities etc. If you are expecting a 4 star, it is good for the price paid. Pros - roof terrace, bedrooms have quality furnishings, bathroom well appointed Cons - breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo, with very little in terms of variety, fresh fruit etc. Air conditioning barely works. They say it is by design - it is actually because the air con was installed in the 80s probably and has never had the gas changed I suspect. They do not like using the outdoor seating on the roof terrace restaurant side at breakfast. No idea why. Perhaps was just the time of year I was there. 'Gym' is down the block. Literally you have to leave the hotel and walk down a road to use it. Anyway - decent value, would stay again, but you need to know what you are getting.

Best hotel ever!!! Do not look elsewhere!!! We are world travelers and this is the nicest hotel we have stayed at. Outstanding service… staff bent over backwards to ensure a wonderful stay. Amenities in room were abundant. Dining room lovely and breakfast was beyond outstanding as was the service. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Location is fabulous as well …. we walked to every sight. Will stay again when returning. to Athens and recommend to everyone we know visiting this great city.

A well situated hotel for exploring Athens, nearly every central neighborhood and museum is within walking distance, with hundreds of great restaurants, tavernas and bars nearby. Service was great (they booked us with two amazing tour guides) and the restaurant on top has an astonishing view of the Parthenon at sunset.

We stayed here for 4 nights over the Orthodox Easter weekend and it was fab. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff and a central location surrounded by bars and restaurants. An easy walk from all the main sites makes it a great base to explore the city. We had a room with a balcony and a view of the Acropolis and had breakfast delivered there every day. Very comfortable bed and quiet enough to get a solid nights sleep … even with the Easter bells chiming! Recommended.
