"I do not recommend it! Terrible! My daughter was staying here on her graduation trip and the room was full of bedbugs! Dirty sheets, with all kinds of hair, and poor conditions in the bathroom. When we complained in the middle of the night because of the itching and bites, they didn't relocate the children from the various rooms! Unacceptable!!! Close the doors, IT'S A MATTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH!"

"It had nothing to do with the photos you show on the website, check-in you had to call a phone, since the machine was broken, everything was fine there, the rooms. Clean but nothing like what I had seen, it needs a big renovation both inside and out, an elevator too. It would be necessary, I didn't fall for the web. There were so many stairs to go up to the house, abusive price although I already knew it was a hostel, we took two doubles because you didn't offer singles, so one room. double for one person price of a double. I don't think we'll go back. However, the unbeatable location is very central."

"Disappointing experience - definitely not worth 4 stars! I don't understand how this hotel got 4 stars. We paid €129 per night including breakfast, but what we got was really ridiculous. The room was small, no space for two people at all, and the shower was not clean. The bed was terrible and the general hygiene was below par. The only positive thing was the reception staff was really friendly and nice! The breakfast? A disaster! Almost nothing available, poor quality and the coffee was just undrinkable. This hotel is absolutely not worth its price. I would not recommend it to anyone and certainly not come back."

"When I booked the room, I didn't realize it was an apartment without an elevator. Since our luggage was very heavy and we arrived earlier than scheduled, we were very grateful to the cleaning staff for helping us carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. We were also thankful it was only one flight of stairs. The picture shows the entrance to the room and a few more steps. I was very satisfied with the location. There's a shopping mall nearby, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to attractions and the station. Aveiro is a very comfortable place."

"We had a triple room with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. A full kitchen with everything you need. Only there were no capsules for the coffee machine, but there are coffee shops nearby. Everything is clean. Sufficient number of towels. Clean linen. Only in the bedroom the window overlooks the common corridor on the floor, and not the street, but this did not bother us much. I would especially like to note the feedback from the apartment: before checking in, they sent a welcome letter to the email with all the information about access. It was very pleasant to communicate and everything was fast and clear. Thank you for such service!"

"The hotel is very convenient, being close to Aveiro station and right in front of the bus stop for Costa Nova. Since I arrived before check-in, I was able to leave my luggage and they kindly explained how to get to Costa Nova, allowing me to successfully catch the bus to the seaside town. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but luckily I only had small luggage, so being on the third floor wasn't a problem."

"Perfect location and lovely large room. There was construction above the room but they limited it to after 8.45am and it stopped by 5.30pm. The hotel allows dogs which is great. Did not use the restaurant for breakfast or dinner so can’t comment on the food. The location is excellent. We were guided to free on street parking which was about 10 minutes walk away."
