"When I booked the room, I didn't realize it was an apartment without an elevator. Since our luggage was very heavy and we arrived earlier than scheduled, we were very grateful to the cleaning staff for helping us carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. We were also thankful it was only one flight of stairs. The picture shows the entrance to the room and a few more steps. I was very satisfied with the location. There's a shopping mall nearby, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to attractions and the station. Aveiro is a very comfortable place."

"The photos do not represent the reality which is closer to a landfill than a room. Broken furniture, non-working electrical system made with a triple joint, a broken fan as an air conditioner, a broken sink and brown water, doors and windows that do not close on site only the cleaning girl, those are also terrible, no reception, the owner only responds via WhatsApp and rudely to my refund request given the pigsty I paid, he refused and I have to call the Aveiro police to report that the building has no every form of security such as fire alarm emergency exit. The worst thing is that booking does not verify what it sells, leaving problems for customers and continues to sell this scam. Shame"

"We had a triple room with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. A full kitchen with everything you need. Only there were no capsules for the coffee machine, but there are coffee shops nearby. Everything is clean. Sufficient number of towels. Clean linen. Only in the bedroom the window overlooks the common corridor on the floor, and not the street, but this did not bother us much. I would especially like to note the feedback from the apartment: before checking in, they sent a welcome letter to the email with all the information about access.
