"About 7 min walk from city centre. Nicely decorated hotel, comfortable beds, hair dryer and fridge. Safe did not work. Only half glass door for shower. Street parking is by the hotel and safe. Breakfast was good value at 8 euros per pax and included eggs, ham, coffee machine, fruits, cereal, yoghurt. Bring your own hair conditioner snd bedroom skippers."

"The worst stay I've ever had in my entire life. It's a terrible representation of my opinion of youth hostels. Bedbugs in the beds, the space is outdated, and poorly maintained. They didn't provide any alternative accommodation or solution. You should have kept the door closed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!"

"The location is excellent. Although it's not in the old town of the South Bank, it's within walking distance of museums and other attractions, and conveniently located near the pier for boat travel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel's decor is charming, and the 24-hour gym is very convenient for guests. The breakfast is plentiful, and the environment is beautiful. This small town is free from the hustle and bustle of tourists and is well worth exploring at a leisurely pace."

The service was excellent - both at the front desk as well as the lovely ladies at breakfast who took very good care of us. The room was very comfortable. "Their maintenance is poor. Room with not able to open window their solution is to change room, the inly perblome the other room thr light is not working well so its was a tradeoff between dark room or no fresh result as a result you will be sick in this hotel. At least their breakfast is in high quality.and they have a real honey which can help you if you get sick from their closed room. The gym is for 15 euro extra but only for 1 hour which not make sense because the room price was over 130 euro for one night and they cannot included the gym in this price which make more sense. You only hote and not sport club such as Holmes place. Thus, the gym is very poor so asking payment for this only leave you with a bad feeling about the service in this hotel. My advice is to included in the room price."

"When I booked the room, I didn't realize it was an apartment without an elevator. Since our luggage was very heavy and we arrived earlier than scheduled, we were very grateful to the cleaning staff for helping us carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. We were also thankful it was only one flight of stairs. The picture shows the entrance to the room and a few more steps. I was very satisfied with the location. There's a shopping mall nearby, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to attractions and the station. Aveiro is a very comfortable place."

"We had a triple room with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. A full kitchen with everything you need. Only there were no capsules for the coffee machine, but there are coffee shops nearby. Everything is clean. Sufficient number of towels. Clean linen. Only in the bedroom the window overlooks the common corridor on the floor, and not the street, but this did not bother us much. I would especially like to note the feedback from the apartment: before checking in, they sent a welcome letter to the email with all the information about access. It was very pleasant to communicate and everything was fast and clear. Thank you for such service!"
