PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Collective in Okinawa. The property is still very new and exceptionally clean throughout, making it a highly comfortable place to relax.
Key Highlights of Our Stay:
Great Perks for Families: They provide a dedicated kids' room that is completely free of charge. While it is not very big, it is still a nice bonus for families traveling with smaller children.
Excellent Outdoor Jacuzzi: The outdoor pool complex features a fantastic hot tub with a jacuzzi function. The water temperature is kept very hot, which felt amazing on a breezy, cool day of about 18–20 degrees Celsius.
Outstanding Breakfast Buffet: Future guests do not need to spend extra money hunting for authentic Okinawan food outside! The hotel's Vision & Emotion morning buffet serves an incredible spread where you can taste all traditional Okinawan dishes alongside Western and standard Japanese favorites.
Pro-Tip for Future Guests: I highly recommend adding a little extra money to your booking package to include the breakfast buffet up front. It is absolutely worth it and saves you the hassle of searching for food in the morning!

JjaybbHad a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy.
The room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Even the lighting was dimmable. Charging points available against each bed. TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video apps for your own login. And quite near to the monorail station - walk for about less than 10mins.
Friendly polite staff. They kept our luggage as the check in was strictly at 3pm, while we went shopping at Kokusai. There's a Donki nearby too and 7-Eleven, Family Mart as well.

EEvelyn Tan Ee MingIt was our last night at Okinawa and we went back to Hyatt Naha after coming back from Onna. As before, the room was clean and the staff’s dedication can be seen. I had to return my car and they delivered our luggage to room during that time. Happy to spend our last night there.

PP¡P€First time in a capsule hotel, and it was better than I expected! Super clean, friendly staff, and I loved the public bath (close for cleaning during 10 AM - 4 PM: hptel c/o | c/i time) Guests can grab coffee/tea in the lounge and there's 24/7 drinking water. They even have amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shaving kits at the front desk. Plus, they provide pajamas, so you can just bring your luggage for shopping and not worry about packing PJs. Overall, I'm really happy and would totally stay here again next time.
FYI: The private and deluxe rooms offer more privacy.

The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.

DDannyOur stay at OMO5 Okinawa Naha by Hoshino Resort offered a unique blend of modern design and cultural immersion. However, there are areas that could be enhanced for a better guest experience. The resort would benefit from additional parking spaces and a more varied breakfast menu, which was predominantly bread-focused during our visit. The cultural activities available in the lobby, such as guided tours, provided a deeply engaging and immersive experience, adding significant value to our stay.
On the downside, the transitional space for removing shoes was cramped, which made the movement from the entrance to the tatami area somewhat uncomfortable. While the large sofa area is stylishly designed in a modern Japanese aesthetic, the absence of a coffee table was noticeable and impacted the functionality of the space. Room for luggage was also limited, reminiscent of compact Tokyo business hotels. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, highlighted by the cultural engagement opportunities the resort offers.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room is on the smaller side but still functional with a work desk/table. The location is right across the road from the Naha Bus Terminal and the Monorail station so is very convenient for those arriving or departing by bus or plane. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping street Kokusai-dori so the hotel is a good base for a short stay to explore Naha. Water is not provided by the hotel and the front desk is open until 10 pm. There is a decent number of restaurants and stores nearby for anything you need.

114.CanLocated very conveniently near Makishi Station, and at the west end of Kokusai Dori. Clean hotel with nice amenities. No gym though.
Overall we were ok with the stay here. But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards:
1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip.com via the same booking on the same day.. however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink. From the reviews, we were already expecting welcome drinks for all. The uneven treatment between rooms made it worse. I feel the service staff did not handle it well.
May I suggest Trip.com work with the hotel to state explicitly which room types will / will not be offered this benefit, for clarity.
2) one of the service staff serving welcome drinks at the bar showed a black face when my family member made a request that was fulfilled the day before. The order was grudgingly fulfilled and the server just turned away after putting the drink on the table. That was unprofessional.
Hope the hotel can work on their comms and service standards.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.
