Hotel Naha, Okinawa dengan Bar

The Hotel staff is very nice & good service. My daughter has being left something at hotel but we had come back to our country. We made the call & told the staff of hotel, they are willing to keep the thing of my daughter until we come back to Okinawa again which needs for more than 6 months. Although it is the worthless thing, I am thankful & highly appreciated to the Hotel. I hereby especially thank the staff - Miss Thapa Kalpana- for the help & she is good in English to communicate with us. Other the other hand, the hotel breakfast is good & tasteful as well as the dinner. You can feel the heart of cooking of a Chef from the foods. The location is good to take Monorail & close to Kokusai Dori. Apart, it provides different brands of daily necessities such as face Mask, anti UV cream, face cleansing cream & face cream, different taste of tea bags in the room & lobby FREE of charge. I have no doubt to recommand this hotel at Naha, Okinawa.

This hotel might seem a lot more expensive than other Naha city hotels, but it worth every penny & being one of our best stay in Okinawa. The large room does feel like a suite with the comfy sofa area equipped with a giant TV. We also enjoyed the large modern bathroom. The room deco & amenities are all sophisticatedly design. The hotel dining is top notch, make sure you book with their breakfast please! It turns out to be one of our best hotel breakfast in Japan. Not only they offer chef menu of sashimi rice bowl, the quality of buffet options are crazy, honey dripping from actual honey comb, 3 options of miso from different origins to make your own soup, wide spread of veggies, breads & teas… we skipped lunch after. We also had birthday dinner in “The Long Vocation” restaurant and we were quite impressed by their food & drink and service. We stayed over typhoon, & we were very glad to have chosen to stay in Southwest Grand which offer late check out, indoor pool & good variety of food. The location is gold, the only little issue is they don’t have car park on site and the closest paid one requires 1-2 mins walk outdoor. It maybe a little hectic during some weather condition. Big shout out to the 2 lady staffs who help guests with luggages at the entrance frighting over strong wind & heavy rain, they were amazing! We missed our stay already and do hope to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Naha, hope to able to use their outdoor pool in a better weather. Overall highly highly recommended!

Hotel just a few minutes' walk from the monorail, which made getting around so easy. The room was small but cleverly laid out, so we never felt cramped. Great little hotel, would stay again!

The hotel location is good - about 7-10 minutes in walking distance from the monorail station and also near the Naha bus interchange. It helps you get around Naha easily. The lobby space isn’t that big but there are still places to sit and amenities counter for your use. No issue with the room, just about comfortable for 2 people. Sleepwear provided and also a bag to use for the onsen (another plus point). Pleased with the overall stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient.it is walking distance from the park and all the main attractions like kokusai dori, pottery street , port and etc. The room wasn't spacious though. You can barely find some space for a medium size suitcase. If you have a big suitcase you might have some troubles using it. There's a big bed which was taking most of the space of the room. But was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is very well equipped with some modern shower which gave me a vibe of a spacecraft.

The biggest disappointment during our stay was the check-out experience. One of the front desk staff had a very unfriendly attitude and tone of voice, which made us feel unwelcome and not respected. It is possible that English was not their first language, but the overall service at check-out was disappointing. Another downside was the parking fee, which was much more expensive than we expected. Since we were driving, it added a significant extra cost to our stay. Other than these issues, we had a good stay. The room was well maintained and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was okay, within walking distance to the port. We also appreciated having a laundry room, which was very convenient.

Such a lovely stay here, the room was small but enough and cozy for 2 people. The staff are honestly top tier, super kind and friendly and extremely welcoming / helpful. And the food is really good as well!! Highly recommend!!

Just not my kind of place. Because of the humidity the doors were dripping. There were only three washers & dryers for a hotel of 14 floors and not well working. The skybar was not very inviting to just socialize. The pillows were like a bag of sand. And the room, although very full with dryer, a bath and a shower, a foldable desk... was too narrow. When I opened a medium size suitcase. I had to climb into bed and this was a room for 2 people. The staff was very friendly but to say fluent in English would be wrong. The onsen was very nice too. Since the pool on the top floor wasn't open all day and only accessable with a fee and regularly closed because of the weather, the onsen was a nice alternative. All in all a decent hotel, but not again for me.

Very nice place for backpackers. I was able to meet many new people. They have some kind of a deal with a local diving company, so when at the hostel you can book diving or snorkeling and get some percent off the price👍🏼
