Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Bariloche Department

When I went to make a reservation at the Llao Llao, I could have easly chosen a more expensive room in the newer Moreno wing. But the hotel website made it look as if the older Bustillo rooms had the same nice lake view as the Moreno rooms, so it didn't seem worth the extra price. But the room that we were given, on the fourth floor of the Bustillo building, was small, dark and extrmely depressing, with a tiny view of the lake through a dormer window that one could only see standing up. As it rained for most of our stay, we had no choice but to spend a lot of time in the room, which was really dismal. The bathroom was also particularly ancient, and the bed was not comfortable. The location of the Llao Llao is certainly dramatic, and the indoor/outdoor pool in particular is wonderful. I'm sure that the hotel is a lot nicer in good weather. But it's inconceivable that this could be considered a five-star hotel, considering the dreary state of the room that we were given.

Muy bello lugar en Bariloche a 13 k del centro y a 7km del aeropuerto fue nuestro hogar en este bello lugar.Es un complejo muy bonito a orillas del lago Nahuel Haupi;con vistas maravillosas de las montañas.El complejo es muy moderno y las instalaciones muy cómodas y acogedoras. Tienen smenites aceptables.Son spart hotel donde te podes cocinar y pasar los días en este lugar admirando el paisaje.Hace mucho calor tienen losa radiante;lleva ropa liviana para esta en las instalaciones. El servicio de limpieza lo cobran aparte y todo lo que necesites te lo tenes que llevar del centro salvo que andes en auto este lugar es recomendable en este caso sino no te conviene;esta lejos de todo.Yo recomendarías un par de cosas como arreglar las calles del complejo y las aledañas ya que están muy dañadas para circular.En referencia a los apart deberían de reponer por lo menos el PH del baño a diario y mejorar los cubiertos ya que no podes ni pelar una manzana con lo que te dejan en el apart(no tienen ni filo).El personal adecuado;las chicas de desayunar un poco cansadas siempre;sin mucha simpatía se notaban problemas internos de funcionamiento.El desayuno adecuado repetitivo;si te quedas muchos días no te lo recomiendo Es mejor prepárate en el apart el mismo.El wifi un poco lento por momentos.Tienrn piscina externa solo de temporada.Es ideal el lugar si vas en auto.Cada apart tiene su dueño y depende de quien sea tenes los diferentes servicios del lugar como por ejemplo muebles de jardín no todos los apatmrt los tientn.La seguridad es bueno pero un poco tediosa;ya que cada vez que dejas el complejo te revisan la valija del auto;parece excesivo.El lugar es muy recomendable ;el nuestro era con vista al lago muy placentero oír el ruido del agua en las noches.Recomendable.

5/5. Hard product - rustic but clean and organized. Plenty of space and amazing views. Had room 5. 2 beds. They were a bit narrow and on the medium firm/soft side but got the job done (we prefer extra extra firm). Lobby and dining great. Soft product - everyone is very kind and helpful. You’ll feel like you’re visiting a friend’s cabin. Helped us book tours in the area. Gave great recommendations for food. Note - we stayed at the Llao Llao and much prefer Aldebaran. The food, service, and quality are much better here.
