But when we arrived, I was genuinely surprised and repair and maintenance. And breakfast was free. And all around, the market, the shops, the center. Everything as I wanted, and in addition the room is clean, modern and comfortable.Although the room was without a window, breathing was easy and light was lots.Everything at the level! "We booked an economy room, knowing it was an economy room. But! The room smelled strong when we walked in. But most importantly, there was a pipe on the bathroom floor, sharp and right in the center. Totally unsafe, the space is small, and there's a pipe! Incidentally, it wasn't shown in the photo. Reception agreed to change us to another room, fortunately it didn't have a pipe. But the receptionists said they'd mentioned it to management several times, but they hadn't done anything because demand for rooms was high, so it was fine. Even so, the room did have branded water and slippers."

"The restaurant 30.08.2025, on the day of the city of Barnaul. A table was ordered for 6 persons, in the evening, after 17-00. Among the order was three pork steaks with pushed potatoes (which could be easier?) As a result, one steak was brought in half an hour and - all. Next, we six waited two and a half hours the rest of the order and wouldn't wait if we didn't start arguing with the administration. And this hotel with the restaurant draws five stars? The evening and mood were hopelessly spoiled, and the price for dinner was unpleasantly surprised. But that is not all. The waiter - the clush in the cheque included the fourth steak, which was not in principle at all, and the two coffees that were - on the contrary, did not include in the account. As a result - consumer deception in pure form. Well, if it was a restaurant of the USSR - I would still understand. But, the restaurant that has drawn 5 stars himself - it is too! Full filth in service!!! I will never go to this restaurant again and I will say to everyone that it is not more than 3 stars! And the ratio of price and quality of service - on the col, that is, not even on the two, but on "col!" Just outspread, nothing objectively inappropriate!"
