PPengguna TetamuI was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.

SSusanI had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

CCOJVIt was my first time to stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean but old. You need to pay $15 to use kitchen stuff. My room had a kitchen and it was good! The location is perfect! I could see the beautiful harbor view from my room!

MMichael AlanHotel in good position for visiting the city, very easy access from Seattle ferry, hop on bus tour and museum etc walkable to main shops and restaurants.
Front hotel rooms would have great views of the harbour etc. room comfort was ok but furniture dated.
Main issue was problem with the service lift which was immediately behind the room. We had specifically asked for a quiet room.
Front desk took care to make sure we were away from the public lift, which was fine….. but didn’t take in to account the staff service lift right next to room 829. Constant ‘clunking’ and machinery sounds right next to the bed.
Front desk sent up ‘maintenance’ who initially said it was the ice machine but then agreed and admitted there were previous complaints about the lift noise. New room found after a worrying wait and all ok but hassle and repacking etc all unnecessary inconvenience. Especially having asked for a quiet room location .
Otherwise a good hotel and location.

WWangconglong來維多利亞旅遊的冬日選擇days inn這家連鎖快捷酒店入住，入住的那一晚大致滿意！週末有點小貴。下次來也會選擇這裏居住，適合中轉遊玩。
環境：地理位置非常方便，從碼頭坐70路車直達酒店附近，直麪維多利亞內港，旁邊就是省議會還有商業街，去哪裡都很近，也有多樣美食選擇。
服務：服務很熱情，給了一張餐廳85折卡，寄存了兩次行李，絲滑辦理入住，平台預訂不用信用卡交按金
設施：大致還行，有一個很大的冰箱，燈光充足，有暖氣空調，床還好睡。設施比較老舊，電梯很古老，熱水壺有但有點不乾淨。

Mmaire santos adrianovery nice place near parliament. There are a lot of activities you can do in the hotel. Pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and Game room. Our room was very spacious and it was very complete they have a stove and pots for cooking.

PPengguna TetamuEverything is above average. The only drawbacks are that the parking charge was a bit dear and no meal facilities (except breakfast) provided in the premises, luckily there are restaurants just cross the road.
