Pengguna TetamuI booked a 1 bedroom suite but the main living room doesn’t have an air conditioner so it was pretty stuffy. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which was very noisy. Room is clean but dated. The location is fantastic and service from the staff very good. The hotel is in an amazing location right by the water, 5 min walk to parliament, empress hotel and water. The bus stop to the ferry is also 5 min walk so super convenient. There is a great green restaurant next to the hotel which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

Pengguna TetamuThe name of the hotel is very misleading , there is only a spa but it is not considered as a resort because there are no other facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( there is a restaurant but it does not belong to the hotel and is not open for breakfast ) and they do not provide breakfast. There is a coffee place on the lobby level but they do not provide full breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean but do not understand why there is a coffee maker and no electric kettle .

I had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location making it easy to explore Beacon Hill, the inner harbour, Government Street and all the other sights of Victoria. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Leisure facilities were also of a high standard.

The hotel is in a good location, however the rooms are dated, the sheets were dirty and you could hear the people in the next room to you, clear as days which is not really comfortable and we were not able to sleep that well due to a lor of noise coming from adjacent rooms. The best thing about this place is the staff but otherwise, we will not be choosing this place again.

Booked and pre-paid through Trip.com Would have given 4 stars for service but check-in clerk attempted to charge me again for the room at a higher rate then blamed another staff member for not doing their job correctly when I objected to the charge and showed my confirmation. When I said I would park my vehicle elsewhere rather than pay for parking she said my vehicle would be towed if it was parked at the hotel. She was rude and abrupt and had me questioning my choice to stay there. The check-out clerk however was very polite and friendly

Nice location and nice staff. It’s clean inside the room but not outside the room where areas with carpet coz it’s old building. Air conditioning doesn’t work to heat the room and no room temperature can be adjusted. Too cold for December & had to call front desk to get extra duvet. The breakfast is very nice
