"Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay.
Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in.
Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop.
Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again."

"Pros:
The location of this hotel is excellent! It’s very close to the beach and surrounded by great food options, restaurants, and lively bars. Plus, it is within easy walking distance to the Sky Capsule Mipo Station, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also had small washing machine and LG styler.
Cons:
However, the hotel definitely needs to improve its cleanliness. When we checked in, the room was very dusty, and the towels didn't feel completely clean. The bathroom was only ”so-so” in terms of cleanliness. Also, note that the lobby is quite small. No toothbrush / no toothpaste / no booties. Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly and struggled with English.
Overall:
Despite the housekeeping issues, we had a great stay overall thanks to the amazing location. If they fix the cleanliness issues, it would be perfect!"

Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee.
Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout

MmyginsengstoryThe hotel was a short bus ride from Busan station but with our luggages, we realised on hindsight it would’ve been more convenient to take the train.
Nevertheless, the hotel was just like what was on the website, a nice pantry, double beds and a cozy island space. Room was very spacious too!
We were exploring nearby and decided to come back to the hotel first to drop things off. By then it was pretty late and we hadn’t had dinner. The pork bone soup store just at the lobby was amazing! One of the best I’ve had!
Overall a very good location and experience!

The price is very reasonable, and the service is good.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Haeundae. There are many restaurants and eateries downstairs, and the Haeundae Night Market is just nearby, making everything very convenient. The beach is right next to the hotel, only a 5-minute walk away.
The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a bathtub. My children loved it and wanted to play in the water every day.
The staff were very kind and thoughtful. They helped us book a late-night taxi for our return journey. I was short of 2,000 Korean won, and one staff member kindly paid it for me. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much — He is a very kind person.

PPengguna TetamuIt's a very cute hotel, with a retro feeling. Not the modern type with the key-cards and everything. We've lived in it with my wife 14 years ago, and I think it hasn't change a bit.
The insides of the room are a bit worn out, so if you are looking for glamore, Libero should not be your choice. Also, the low number of power sockets (some of which aren't operational) is a disadvantage.
However, it is well located, and one can even see the sea from the balcony.

Only thing is the lift which gets busy during the peak hours and needing to change lift on 4th to get to room or ground floor. Other than that, enjoyed our stay!

Close to the ‘blue line small train’ but far from the metro system and the main city and tourist attractions. Room good size, view of the beach and all the things one requires, but quite dated and tatty around the edges.
