الاوتيل موقعه كويس والشباب اللي في الاستقبال خدومين ومتجاوبين ، بس المشكله في حامل الحقائب مافيه الا واحد وبطيء في الخدمه ، والنظافه اعتقد لازم يركزون عليها اكثر خصوصا الغرف

I just wanted a quiet place to relax, but I did not get that. All my Saudi friends told me in fancy hotels you can wear bikini so was very disappointed that I had to cover up, The food - I had a club sandwich that was awful, and I payed 75 SAR so I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of those ingredients. However the other meals especially dinner and deserts were very good. The Spa area when I went didn’t have anyone to help me.

第一次住一家酒店感覺是買了個牌子，希爾頓旗下的華爾道夫，説實話明明是共享資源希爾頓那邊價格更便宜，當然理解品牌定位可能就是高一級。但是服務並沒有跟上啊，入住基本就見到了三位工作人員，沒有人幫忙拉行李，入住也就一個懶洋洋的前台，還有一個很不得了的非洲門僮，因為去游泳SpA層需要他的卡，他還會拿着權限質疑一下客人。總體來説無服務可言，也有可能是這個就是超奢高冷定位。第一次遇見2000➕不含早餐的酒店，要吃早餐還得去希爾頓那邊。整體感覺住了個寂寞，如果一定追求地理位置那旁邊希爾頓便宜一半也能享受，關鍵人樓下就有buffet。為華而不實買一次單

The property is Gorgeous and great location amazing hospitality from front desk staff to house keeping and room service. Very welcoming and helpful people Rooms are sound proof. You don’t hear anything the silence was extremely peaceful. The beds and amenities were amazing too. Very comfortable and spacious. Balcony was a plus definitely. I do suggest keeping some outdoor furniture there
