"I was changed to another hotel, which gave me a smaller and cheaper room. I found out when I checked in. The receptionist said they would upgrade me because there was a problem with the room I booked, but I didn't expect the upgrade to mean a smaller one and a bit further away. The room wasn't that bad, just a little disappointing. It would be better if she had told me the truth."

ZZaw2AungThe resort has a serene environment with direct access to the beach. The pool is also clean and good in size.
Perfect for family. 7-11 is reachable on foot about 7-10 minutes.
The only downside is the restaurant closes too early, even though the breakfast has variety of choices.
There are 2 or 3 good restaurants nearby along the beach.
We'll definitely choose the Siambeach Resort again for our next visit to Hua Hin.

LL.N.WAbsolutely loved this hotel. It’s beach front which is perfect if you want a quiet getaway spot. I wouldn’t recommend it if you on a shopping trip or want to do touristy things since it’s far from everything. The property is beautiful and well maintained and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The cleaning staff was friendly and receptionist was ok. The room was clean and spacious with a nice big balcony and a gorgeous view

PPengguna TetamuThe resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests

PPengguna TetamuThe resort is located in the south part of Cha-Am. We came here during the weekdays, so; it was very quiet and suitable to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The resort has lots of trees and small park to enjoy a peaceful walking. By just 5 mins walking, we can conveniently enjoy the beach in front of the resort. Our booked unit has 2 floors. The 2nd floor zone has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with balcony, and a separated restroom. There was 2 bicycles available for free of use. This is very convenient to explore around the beach. The breakfast was well prepared individually as a set but the food portion is enough.

PPinyapatPros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store.
Location is very convenient with parking.
Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4) ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.
Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults.
Breakfast at white oven was good
In room dining was relatively fast and efficient
Overall a good resort
Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages
Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try.

JJulienGreat and massive hotel, with amazing amenities and relaxing vibe. Service is top notch! Location is a bit secluded, which has pros and cons, very quiet and safe, but can be a bit difficult to travel around for other sites, or getting food that is not in the hotel. Overall, we had a great time using their pools, especially the child pool with slides!

JjoekaonaThe hotel is a large, well-established property that, while somewhat dated, has been maintained to a satisfactory standard. Overall cleanliness is acceptable and meets expectations.
I stayed in a Premium Sea View room, which offered an impressive, unobstructed ocean view—something increasingly uncommon in newer developments. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning air conditioning system and a supportive bed that ensured a pleasant stay.
That said, there were a few minor usability issues, such as the sink faucets being positioned too closely together, making them somewhat inconvenient to operate. Breakfast was adequate, offering a reasonable selection.
Considering the quality of the accommodation and the amenities provided, the pricing represents good value for money.
