Hotel Pantai di Istanbul

娘のアレルギーを最初に聞いていたが、朝ご飯の際にサラッとこれは娘さんのアレルギー物質が入っていますと教えてくれた。朝ご飯の内容はとても充実していた。 フロントのナシバさんが連れて行ってくれた宮殿ツアーは 娘と私を優雅な気持ちにさせてくれた。 室内プールは綺麗だが、少し水温が低く寒かった。 部屋はかなりいい部屋出ないと海がしっかりと見えない作りになっているので注意が必要です。 もっと滞在したいホテルでした。

The hotel’s location in the northern part of Istanbul, right on the Bosphorus, is truly excellent. We were offered an alternative two-bedroom room, which sounded promising. However, even though our booking clearly stated that the guests were two adults and one 9-year-old child, the pull-out sofa was not made up with bedding. As a result, we had no choice but to sleep all three of us in one bed. We purchased breakfast separately. Unfortunately, the selection and quality of the food were nowhere near worth the price we paid. A great location wasted by poor attention to guest needs and overpriced breakfast.

Not sure why this is a 5-star hotel. The amenities are just okay and the room has more of a 3-star feel. The AC did not work well - we woke up feeling very hot in the middle of the night even though we set the AC to the lowest temperature. On the last night, water was leaking from the ceiling near the AC which just confirmed our experience. We told the concierge and they just put some towels in the ceiling to absorb the water (as a temporary fix?). Hope they permanently fixed it by now.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent experience I had at your hotel as a solo business traveler. Despite the windy and rainy conditions, the room was warm and the bed incredibly comfortable. The small desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while on the go. The restaurant provided a satisfactory buffet breakfast with a standard Turkish menu. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I look forward to returning in the summer when the weather is better, as I believe it would be a perfect holiday spot. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Good hotel. I usually choose the Ibis chain of hotels when I travel. There are some suggestions for improving the condition of the room in terms of freshness of renovation and cleanliness. Overall, good. Excellent view from the window. Excellent service. I recommend!

First of all , nobody offer us Bonvoy membership, room smell bad, mini bar not working and we asked to fix it because we have medicine and engineering came and didn't fix it , slippers very very cheap without hotel logo , no espresso machine which is basics now , actually it's not expected service from Marriot chain , to be honest the reception gave me 2 hours late check out once i asked him immediately with high level of attitude , they need to be more professional in hospitality. Spa service bar code not working Room service bar code , menu not found Pool service 7/10 Order taker 8/10 FO 6/10 Restaurant service 6/10 Breakfast v good variety , but repeatable 8/10

В целом отель неплохой. Понравился номер, из которого открывался шикарный вид на набережную и море, кровать очень удобная. Бассейн на 7 этаже. Вообщем всё хорошо, но есть нюансы. Для меня путешествие и отдых - это не только хороший отель, но и улыбчивый персонал. Здесь с этим проблемы. К персоналу лишний раз обратиться неудобно, кажется, что ты их напрягаешь своими просьбами и вопросами😅 Уборка номеров тоже оставила некоторое недоумение: видно было, что заходили и начали убираться, но что-то их отвлекло и не закончили: одну кровать застелили, вторую нет, полотенца поменяли, пол не помыли/не пропылесосили, воду не добавили (при заезде было 2 бутылки по 0,5 л. Хотя допускаю, что, возможно, это они были в качестве комплимента). Халатов в номерах нет, полотенец тоже не хватает: у нас было 2 полотенца для рук, 1 среднее и одно большое - странный набор для 2х взрослых. Отель мне понравился, даже несмотря на нюансы, но это точно не 5 звёзд🤷♀️

this hotel was in a great location. The staff was very helpful from the very first moments we arrived. The rooms were freshly renovated, and the bed was the best one we’ve had in many months of travel very firm very new. We really enjoyed the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, we enjoyed the smiles. We enjoyed the location, easy walking distance to all kinds of things to do and we also enjoyed the price for being right on the bosphorus river. It was a very good deal in comparison to all the other ones around there. we will be back again. 

One of the best I have ever been in. I love it. Such hotels must be everywhere. A sauna is included which I use every time I am there. The breakfast is wonderful.
