"Hotel was OK. The rustic style was very similar and we liked it. Unfortunately, the restaurant, the chairs and tables in the service and self-service restaurants are very poor. The tables were just as dirty in the morning as they were in the evening. The floor could also use a thorough cleaning. The staff seemed a bit disoriented and poorly coordinated. It seemed as if not everyone enjoyed their work. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this excursion destination, at least not until things have improved."

"The room and the environment were both excellent. The B&B is located halfway up the mountain, just steps away from the bus stop. Bus No. 101 takes you directly to Interlaken West Station in just over ten minutes. The owner was very welcoming and caring. The breakfast was generous, featuring local specialties, and the coffee was excellent. The dining environment was first-rate. The price is exceptional for a B&B like this in Switzerland.
