Receptionist was normal. Not hygienic and not clean. Edges of the room are growing mold. Toilet was stuck and cannot be flush for a few time.
Vomited on the bed and has been told that bed sheet can only be change once in 2 days as I have requested to change the bed sheet the day before.
Location was excellent. There are many food, mall and supermarket in walking distance. However, there are a flight of stairs right in front of the hotel entrance (not shown in the photos given).
Hotel has clearly aged and not well maintained.
Cannot expect much for this price point.

У нас был маленький номер с кроватью кингсайз. Кровать стояла впритык между двумя стенами и перед ней был телевизор. Рядом диван и столик, в целом и общем, на одну ночь все было комфортно. Есть небольшой спорт зал.

前段時間我入住了日月星辰酒店，體驗簡直超乎想象的好！在入住前，酒店管家就主動打來電話，還貼心地加了我的聯繫方式 ，這讓我心裏一下子就踏實了很多。
原本我計劃週五下午一點到店，結果行程一改再改，先是改到了六點，後來又變回到最初的時間，我忙得暈頭轉向，都沒顧得上通知酒店。可當我到店辦理入住時，管家不僅沒有絲毫抱怨，還馬上為我安排了入住水果，這服務真的太貼心了，瞬間掃去了我一路的疲憊。
作為攜程的老用户，我住過不少酒店，也遇到過一些實際條件與星級嚴重不符的情況，所以對酒店的期待值一般都不會拉得太高。但這次日月星辰酒店真的給了我一個大大的驚喜！不管是從服務人員的專業態度，還是房間的舒適度來看，都完全配得上酒店的星級標準，甚至更勝一籌。
這次入住體驗讓我感受到了什麼叫做真正的高品質服務，每一個細節都處理得恰到好處，真的是一次難忘的住宿經歷。以後要是再到北京大興出差，日月星辰酒店肯定是我的首選，也真心推薦給各位追求高品質入住體驗的朋友們！

我是錦江之星的老客户了。感覺是錦江旗下的酒店是越做越好。這間酒店，大興機場清源路地鐵站大悦城點，就是其中之一。入住時，前台的小帥哥幫我送行李到樓上。退房時，前台的小妹妹主動送我温的礦泉水（冬天，温度低，冷）。超過五星級酒店的服務啊。

實際環境符合照片，家具很有質感～
入住和退房都是同一個前台小哥給我安排的，因為我很晚才入住只剩下走廊尾的房間了，小哥主動給升級到豪華大房，住了四天，住得很舒服！
中間還借用了洗衣機，退房後因為是晚上的航班要繼續去玩還寄存了行李，小哥和其他小姐姐也很幫忙很友善～
早餐比較簡單，如果有比較高要求的就出去外面吃啦～

The service was awesome. Everyone was very nice and heart-warming to me. All amenities are very useful, everyday cleaning was perfect. 房間挺大，設計合理，設施挺齊全。開門不直對床，相對保護一下私隱，這點很不錯。

[Lokasi] Selepas melihat plak di Dajiang Hutong, saya berjalan ke dalam sekejap dan tiba ketika saya tiba di tengah malam, saya bimbang untuk memburuk-burukkan orang di lorong untuk mencari tempat, tetapi saya mendapati ia sangat mudah. (tidak mengapa jika anda seorang roadie, pihak hotel akan menghubungi anda terlebih dahulu. Beritahu saya bahawa jika anda tidak menemuinya, anda boleh menghantar seseorang keluar untuk mengambilnya).
[Persekitaran] 1. Persekitaran: Walaupun lokasinya sangat baik, ia adalah sangat, sangat, sangat tenang. PPengguna Tetamu房間倒還算大，但是房間內衹配備有兩個小沙發椅且沒有合適的可以放置電腦或者是寫字吃飯的桌子，衹能自己搬着沙發和桌子調整位置。
再就是房間雖然有小機器人的送餐服務，但是出現了多次久等不到要打電話催促前台才會送達的情況，而且由於桔子水晶酒店和桔子酒店僅一牆之隔，外賣員容易送錯。
酒店的衞生打掃倒也算盡職盡責，但第一天發現忘了給小毛巾，給前台打電話之後希望能夠補上，並且多送一兩條上來，但是送上來的毛巾一條不多。第二天又發現忘了給地巾，可見這一塊的管理確實存在問題。還有酒店的浴袍非常難用，冬天這個時間稍微穿一下就全是靜電
最後是入住時候的前台服務問題，深夜入住外面很冷本來進入酒店的時候就比較難受，酒店前台不説幫忙拎一下行李或者倒一杯熱水，連最基本的快速高效完成入住手續都做不到。在看到我訂房的平台是攜程之後就開始了集團會員的推銷，不僅一個笑臉沒有，還全程以給人“你不説我就能猜到”和“這你就不知道了吧”講述我訂酒店的價格有多貴和多划不來。在我用計算器除算髮現我的預訂價格比加入他們會員的價格低（甚至在不包括入會費的情況下）後，他們居然好意思繼續推銷，並且希望我在入住第一晚後取消訂單在他們平台上重新下單。而他們的推銷從始至終沒有提到過有季度會員的選項，拿過我的手機後也是直接為我選擇的200多塊錢的年度會員。加上入會費後，實際房費甚至會比我預訂的每晚要高60塊錢。在我明確表示不感興趣之後他們瞬間停止了服務，甚至沒有給我指示電梯的方位，連房間所在的樓層都是我問了之後才回答的。這種入住體驗真的是前所未有，新奇至極

LLay Gim ChrisNeed to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

JJulia CLWe got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse.
During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly.
The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

I should really appreciate the cleanliness, the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was an amazing stay. All the staff did a really great job. Extremely happy.

Stayed in Jan 15 in 2025. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

LLLL...Go straight out of the hotel lobby door, turn right to go to the nearest metro station/exit which is Zhushikou. Turn left to eat and shop at the famous Qianmen street and also other hutongs/alley. Totally worth it. Plus, there’s a Luckin coffee and Lawson opposite the hotel. Really convenient!
They kept the room really clean. There are some complaints about the drainage smell which there really is in the toilet but you will get used to it and eventually it will disappear as you take shower.
Overall it was a very good experience and nice place. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Remember to clean the filter of the dryer if you wish to use it. As it’s quite dusty but I think people rarely use it anyways so I am fine with it. I even helped them clean and wash the dust away.
Anyways, I will definitely book again if I come back to Beijing. 💯

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

PPengguna TetamuWhen I got to the hotel, the hotel offered me the chance to get a room upgrade, which I immediately accepted (80 yuan/night). The new room I got was clean, and the staff was also very nice. However, sound insulation was very poor, I could hear every single word of the people around me. I couldn't switch off the heater, which was also a problem, especially at nighttime. The closest subway station is around 1 km from the hotel, so I suggest taking a didi to wherever you want to go.
I am overall satisfied with this hotel.

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well
