Booked the suite room for a family trip. However the room was filled with cigarette smell and the whole corridor was also filled with cigarette smoke. It was balant that smoking was taking place in rooms which are non smoking. When asked if the receptionist can help change the room, there was unfortunately no other suite room, and they do not allow simply to change the room booking to 2 separate rooms. The staff actually told us to cancel our booking and rebook 2 separate rooms. First of all, the room was not acceptable as we tried staying in the room for 10 mins and we all had our throats soar. And rebooking at last minute would mean that I am paying a higher rate and I will get a penalty from Trip.com. when we insisted that the issue is the room and we are not going to cancel our booking, the staff said we can stay for one night and book other hotels. This was zero service recovery which is unacceptable The staff contacted trip.com and the service agent got in touch but the ”arrangement” communicated to the trip.com team was not the same as what we were informed. Fortunately they allowed us to stay the first night in 2 rooms that were better in ”smell” condition. On the 2nd morning, we spoke with the manager and it was much better as he committed to trying to get the room cleaned up and removing the odor. We appreciated the efforts and when we came back the suite room was really better and we accepted to move in to it. Unfortunately the cigarette smell did reappear, we thought it was from the corridor, so we had to put a wet cloth at the entrance door to stop the gap and have the window open and toilet exhaust fan on th whole day. However after a couple of nights we realized the room still has smoked smell, so we concluded it was also in the ventilation system, as one room in the suite does not have any windows and only the Aircon/ventilation system was pushing air into the room. If you cannot take cigarette smell like us, then be prepared to request to change rooms when you do get a bad one. Aside from the first-day ”amazing” service and cigarette smell filled room, I have to admit the location of the hotel at TianQiao road is fantastic, it is near to the metro and the Temple of Heaven. There is also ahos selling baos and dumplings, pastries, a restaurant selling noodles and Peking duck too. It is also on walking distance to other locations with good food. Recommend for it's location, and if you are perfectly fine with smoking even though it's a no smoking room. For families with children, may be a challenge if you get the suite and stuck with the cigarette smell as there seems to be only 2 suite rooms in the hotel.

Excellent location for shopping and public transport connection, clean rooms, all amenities worked. There is a breakfast from 7-9 am, but you can find many alternatives in the shopping mall or underground market just across the street. The metro station Line 8 (exit Am by the building on my photo) is 5 minutes away, you can reach Temple of Heaven in no time. At the reception you can use synchronised translator to communicate. The only disadvantage is that you can see other room's window from yours if you don't book a room with a view to the city street, and it can be noisy in the corridor.

The hotel and the room are very comfortable and clean. The staff is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. It’s quiet at the hotel, but you can hear the airplanes departing and landing constantly. It didn’t bother me personally though. The room’s well equipped with all necessary things for a comfortable stay. Thank you for accommodating me at your place ❤️

超出期望，這個價位在北京核心地帶性價比很高，適合單人出差就近入住。交通方便，門口旁邊有各種吃飯的，房間也並不小，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，門口沒有大路，很安靜。枕頭被什麼的都很新。熱水充沛，插座很多。床也不錯。還送我一個早飯，吃飽沒問題。

Cost effective hotel. I have disappointed one thing that shower head holder is not works well. All other services were greatly smooth even foreigners.

這次入住體驗超出預期，必須五星好評！酒店位置絕佳，出行交通十分便利，周邊配套也很完善。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品舒適，隔音效果很好，一夜安睡。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，有需求都能及時響應。整體性價比很高，無論是商務出行還是旅遊住宿都非常合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

Saya menempah bilik business king, dan biliknya agak selesa—tidak terlalu kecil, katilnya cukup besar, dan bilik mandinya agak luas dengan tingkap dan pengudaraan yang baik. Pengangkutannya mudah; ia bersebelahan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, terdapat restoran di tingkat bawah, dan pasar raya berdekatan, memudahkan membeli-belah. Terdapat juga bilik dobi, yang agak mudah untuk penginapan 6 hari saya. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah kekurangan pemanas; saya tertanya-tanya bagaimana keadaannya pada musim sejuk. Saya pasti akan kembali jika sesi latihan saya yang seterusnya adalah di Fangshan!

房間乾淨整潔，房間有音樂，窗簾電子控制，USB口非常方便充電，插座多並且分佈設計合理，配置智能馬桶非常好用，各類設施科技感濃厚；服務人員熱情服務，出入門口主動問好打招呼，入住時詳細講解住宿事項，服務周到。這次入住非常滿意，強烈推薦。

The service was great starting from the reception to the cleaning. The room was clean and cozy. It's a good option, particularly for short stays. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

地理位置不錯，有停車場車位很多，住店可以免費停車。房間都是如家風格，乾淨整潔。洗澡水壓很足。董經理服務很周到，因為父母行動不方便，每次來住都儘可能安排離電梯近一點的房間
