本次入住宜尚酒店北京南站永定門外地鐵站店體驗十分滿意。前台小翟服務熱情又耐心，辦理入住高效順暢，待人親切友善，讓人倍感舒心。客房打掃得十分徹底，整體乾淨整潔，佈局舒適，物品擺放規整，居住環境安心又愜意。酒店早餐值得誇讚，菜品品類豐富多樣，粥品、麪點、熱菜、水果一應俱全，口味鮮香可口，食材新鮮，能滿足不同口味需求。整體服務、衞生與餐飲都表現出色，地理位置也很便利，前往北京網球運動管理中心很方便，性價比很高，下次來北京還會選擇這裏，也推薦給大家。

We only stayed at the hotel for one night before our flight, and we chose it based on location. It is situated just across the street from the Qianmen street's entrance and a short walk from the Tiananmen square, which is its main advantage. However, the condition of the hotel itself is a bit outdated, especially for something that only opened in 2022 -- given the different names for this property on the maps, I guess they just rebranded the hotel without renovating anything inside. The hallway carpet of the 3rd floor is obviously dirty and smells bad, which you notice immediately. We also found our room to be cleaned just superficially, it could use a deep clean (especially in the bathroom). There are no water dispensers at the reception; you need to ask for bottled water, but there is no one there at night. No tea or coffee provided either. That said, the room itself was as described, and we found the beds clean and comfortable.

Great location, close to Bejing West train station and room is well designed. Bed is comfy. Walls a bit thin so you may here the neighbours. Very good staff. Cleaning ladies are helpful and fast. The staff at the reception helped me with finding a tailor, buying tickets for the the forbidden city,…. Great staff. Price is very good for the package you get from my pov. The park around the corner invites for walks and getting some rest from the city life.
