We had a great experience at this hotel. The hospitality at reception was warm and professional, and they allowed us to store our luggage, which was a huge help. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Beijing Railway Station, making travel super convenient. The facilities were impressive—delicious breakfast buffet option, two laundry and dryer machines, and even a robot delivery service! Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning and refilling essentials daily. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was a bit noisy and required frequent manual fan speed adjustments.

Хороший отель, достаточно чистый, удобно расположен не далеко от аэропорта. Персонал молодой, очень милый. Для европейской части туристов нужно уточнить, что розетки с тройной вилкой. Но на администратор любезно предоставил зарядное устройство! Спасибо!

Located on the North Side of Beijing South Railway station. Take the North exit from the train station and walk outside. It is the second building behind the building in front. Look for the blue horse sign with chinese letters on the top of the building. That is the hotel. No one we met spoke English but translator apps worked well. Be aware there is construction work outside with the work starting at 6.45 am. Fine if you are going into Beijing every day but annoying if you want to rest. Earplugs dont work as the ground is vibrating! Small problems with the door cards not working but easily sorted out. Breakfast was ok but there are many options inside the station if you prefer. If you are arriving from Shanghai I recommend the hotel as new and clean and comfortable. We used it as a base to explore Shanghai before moving on.

Newly renovated hotel with superb facilities. It located nearby to Qianmen Street. The staffs are helpful and always ready to help.

Room was clean and staff service was impeccable. Off the charts really. They helped me order food delivery using their personal phone number because I didn’t have an in country number. The location of this hotel is inconvenient unless you have a lot of tours scheduled nearby (where they will pick you up here) or you taxi everywhere. It’s a 13 minute walk to the 7 line and 15 minute walk to the 8 line, so be sure to factor that into your travel plans. Would recommend booking closer to city center instead.

Top facilities and I have a good rest in between flight. Comfortable bed and very clean with perfect view. I arrived early and they let me check in.They assigned fifth floor the highest floor and the view is good. The best is they also have washer and dryer that you can use it for free. The machine are top notch with detergent included. Breakfast is adequate. I wish the receptionist smile more and even we cant really communicate much in English but that doesn't stop you from friendly..We don't bite and is okay if you don't speak perfect English.. body language also possible to communicate clearly. 😁

The hotel is very near to the dongzhimeng station, and this location is used by a few your companies for day trips to the various great walls. The hotel has its own lift on the left side of the building, direct to fifth floor where the hotel is located. The queen size bed is a little small though for two adults.

Excellent hotel. The perfect location! It was a 5 minute walk to the east gate entrance to the forbidden city. The front desk was very helpful - they helped us mail things to Shanghai, held our bags for us, and even upgraded us to a room with a window. Highly recommend. The hallway rug could use some cleaning.
