Top facilities and I have a good rest in between flight. Comfortable bed and very clean with perfect view. I arrived early and they let me check in.They assigned fifth floor the highest floor and the view is good. The best is they also have washer and dryer that you can use it for free. The machine are top notch with detergent included. Breakfast is adequate. I wish the receptionist smile more and even we cant really communicate much in English but that doesn't stop you from friendly..We don't bite and is okay if you don't speak perfect English.. body language also possible to communicate clearly. 😁

We had a very pleasant 5-day stay at this hotel. The location is excellent... it is within walking distance of the Beijing South (Nan) Railway Station and only a 15-minute taxi ride to the Beijing Fengtai Railway Station. It is situated in a nice neighborhood with a convenient market right next door. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We visited during cold weather, and the room was kept wonderfully warm. The hotel offers great practical amenities, including 24-hour reception, a fun delivery robot, and self-service laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. They offer a daily breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The food is delicious, though a bit on the oily side, and they offer a nice selection of fresh fruits like cantaloupe and melon. The only downside to the breakfast is that there is no coffee provided. Overall, it is a highly convenient and comfortable place to stay.

First of all, I am thrilled with the friendliness of the staff as he managed to change a new room for me as there is a smell of cigarettes. The hotel also provide the best amenities such as free self service laundry for people like me who stays over 5 days. Overall, we are happy with the our trip and it also change our perceptions towards how China has changed so much in terms of the people attitude and their good hospitality.

Overall It was a pleasant stay,but one of the bad thing was that the elevator was under maintenance during my stay. So everyday I need to climb up to 4th floor. However, the staffs were nice and friendly too as they help me to send back my cloth to my room after done drying. Definitely will stay again in future.

Cleanliness: Good. Room is well-cleaned. Location: it's in a small alley, which it is a little shaddy at night. I took train from the airport, when i reach Dengshikou, i have to carry my luggage and walk up the stairs. There is no lift/escalator at the train station exit. No supper spot nearby as well. Service: when we reach the hotel, it was 7-8pm. The hotel takes very long to help us to do the check-in. End up, the hotel bring us to a small room at the ground floor at another block. Per hotel personnel, the hotel is fully booked and we reached there very late, they are running out if rooms for us. So they can only give us a smaller room. There is no compensation on this. Amenities: well-equipped with washing machine and dryer. But it is forever filled with people doing laundry

獨自來到房山，偶然選了這家漢庭，意外收穫滿滿暖意。門店離蘇莊地鐵站不遠，出行特別省心。客房打掃得特別細緻，桌面、衞浴邊角都乾乾淨淨，隔音效果很好，勞累一天可以安穩睡個好覺。前台工作人員耐心又温柔，辦理手續麻利順暢。最驚喜的是早餐，酸奶、新鮮水果、現制熱菜一應俱全，屬地特色炸醬麪一大早吃上熱乎的一碗，瞬間撫平了趕路的疲憊。不刻意客套，細節處處用心，在外旅居能遇到這樣貼心的住處，真的很難得，已經收藏，下次再來還會入住。

The location is super convenient, close to hutongs, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, metro lines, and Wangfujing pedestrian street, making it perfect for exploring the city. The service was top-notch. They even helped us book our visit to Tiananmen Square through WeChat, which made everything much easier. The laundry service is very convenient, and the housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. 100% recommended!

The location is a short 5-minute walk from the US embassy. The service is great (even though they didn't really speak english). The room is comfortable, even though the walls are a bit thin... overall, a great stay.
