This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained

Check-in process was difficult due to the language barrier - It took about 20 minutes to check-in, as the staff at the desk would only respond to the questions they wanted to ask, rather than me show them my booking from Trip.com on my phone. Room was very nice and modern - I was advised at check-in that I had been given a room upgrade which was positive. Unfortunately, despite the air conditioning in the room being set to cooling, the temperature in the room was 26.3 degrees (Please see picture of air conditioning panel) I did not sleep well because of the high temperature in the room, and I was also woken at 3:30am due to noise in the room above me, which went on for 30 minutes. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but as with many hotels in China, I found that the toilet in the room smelt of smoke, and there was cigarette ash on the toilet floor. Great size TV in the room with access to many of the latest international films, which had English subtitles. The biggest problem was breakfast - Very good selection of Chinese food options, but nothing else - No breakfast cereals, no fruit juice etc. The dining room was also very worn and tired looking. Due to the limited breakfast food options, I did not have much for breakfast. Despite the above, and because the room was nice, in the morning when checking out, I asked for an email address to contact the hotel to make enquiries about resolving my concerns from my stay, and also rates for future stay of 30 days (without breakfast), but they could not provide me with an email address.

服務太好了,貼心到位,很棒的入住體驗 鬧中取靜的四合院酒店 庭院和房間的設計都別出心裁 老北京韻味十足 環境:華爾道夫酒店主樓通往一巷之隔的四合院 不起眼 卻十分安靜 庭院很大 天氣好的時候太適合拍照了~房間裏也是隨手拍都很出片 服務:入住後有私人管家Alex 和Ella提供服務 早餐可送到房間內 房間有衣物護理機 體驗感非常棒~

Absolute perfection! This luxury hotel has it all. The executive club access was a game-changer - the meals were exquisite and totally worth the upgrade. But it's not just about the food. The wellness facilities are out of this world. The sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pool is a serene oasis, and fitness enthusiasts will love the well-appointed gym with state-of-the-art equipment. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!

這個酒店住的有點無語,衹能説豆腐渣工程!!!新開的酒店,各種設施問題!服務 設施 勉強説就是洗浴客房!完全不能叫做酒店,因為沒有酒店的服務!這個季房間太熱了 無法入睡!打了四次前台 才給解決 換了個房間!浴室下水又是堵的 !最搞笑的是電梯去客房四樓按鈕還老壞…新開的酒店,體驗感太差了!

The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.
