What a great hotel. Amazing friendly welcome on arrival day and during the stay from the lady at reception. The rooms are super spacious. Everything you need for a good night rest and relaxing time. Breakfast is available with a big selection of eggs and pastries. Very relaxing atmosphere. Inside and outside seating. Was a nice relaxing stay. Will highly recommend the hotel,staff, and location

Very nice modern and luxurious decor, proactive and welcoming staff. Rooms are quite cosy, would recommended for couples or solo/business travellers. The bar and restaurant services delicious and decadent food. Location is very central and close to everything, but would receive recommend vehicle access, as there are not many things in walkable distance. Has a great night life scene, is popular amongst very hip club hoppers and social scene.

Upgraded to a Loft suite. Excellent (once the air conditioner unit was explained). Staff great. Housekeeping a bit too eager. On site restaurant Liberty's seems slow and disorganized, even for South Africa and especially for a Hilton's. Free shuttle to V&A Waterfront every two hours. Walking distance to the Old Biscuit Mill (a Saturday morning must-do). Regular and reliable taxi service around Cape Town at reasonable rates, for drop off and pickup. Airport shuttle. Neighborhood was very safe Don't pre-book tours before you get here; Yasir and his team will take good care of you.

The hotel's location is well situated to get onto the freeway and close to Durbanville and Brackenfell. Tygervalley and Willowbridge shopping malls in close proximity. Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional and always wanted to assist you. Ammenities - could add shampoo. Food was delicious and well presented. Brisket at dinner was just so tender and very tasty. The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.
