"Indeed a 5 star experience. Right from the rooms to the hotel staff, everything was simply superb. Worth the stay. Shubham and Pramod who are the manager of the property ensured everything is in place. Chef Vinay and Mr. Desai were very courteous and professional. Food was equally delicious. Restaurant staff Pramod and Bharat, Aushutosh and Prakash were very polite and respectful. They ensured at no point in time we were unattended. Our drivers Rauf and Limesh were exceptionally great. Sheetal and Jayshree from Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Special cheers and kudos to Natubhai who is the security personnel. If I've missed anyone I'd definitely give a 10/10 to them as well. All in all we had a wonderful experience. Must visit property"

"The hotel boasts an impressive presence with a grand building and a welcoming lobby. Room sizes are generous, and the staff consistently demonstrated cordiality and politeness. However, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness concerns. The rooms, while spacious, carried a musty smell, and we encountered a cockroach during our stay. The floor boards were broken. Outside the main dining hall, we witnessed a mouse scurrying away and observed a cat roaming freely, raising serious questions about hygiene standards. Despite the positive aspects, the lack of proper cleanliness significantly impacted our stay."
