"One of the best luxurious hotel in Bolpur, Shantiniketan. They even arranged Baul performance for all the guests in their lawn area. Beautiful ! The natural grass gives you a fair opportunity for grounding. The swimming pool is near and clean. We have no complain with the room. The staffs are really kind and helpful. Even the security guards are genuinely kind. Everybody greets you with a smile on their faces and everything was top notch in this budget. I would highly recommend people to visit this place if they want to genuinely enjoy their weekend."

"No proper parking in hotel. Parked anyway after half an hrs waiting. Room booked premium class but due to advance booking they have provided lower category room smell badly. Pillow and bedsheet was dirty. After request to manager he denied to change the room inspite of available of other room. Not even room freshner used on request. After so many requests somehow change the bedsheet and pillow cover breakfast is just formalities."
