"Bodø is a small port city. I spent one night there on my way to Lofoten and took the ferry the next day. I slept very well that night. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the pier, which was quite convenient."

"Stayed one night on our way out of Lofoten. The hotel is located on the highest point of Bodo Mountain, offering a great view. Free parking, a rich breakfast, and the restaurant on the 7th floor has an even better view. The room was new, but the cleanliness wasn't great. There were marks on the toilet, dirt on the door, bug bites in the room, and mosquito bites in the restaurant."

"Just one thing. Breakfast was a nightmare for me. We flew to Oslo at 8:00 am on October 4th. Since it was a Saturday, we arrived on Friday evening and asked the front desk if we could provide breakfast boxes or snacks since we were leaving early the next day. They said they could provide some snacks and we could come back the next day. The next morning, the wind was raging, and we dragged our exhausted bodies to the front desk. They said they could provide it, but we had to pay a 70kr service fee? ***? If you don't want service, then don't get service. I can just help myself to two pieces of bread? From beginning to end, there was no care at all. You can do whatever you want. A very bad impression! A hotel that doesn't understand how to accommodate others will eventually fail! Honestly, I'm only giving a bad review for the service! The poor experience was all about the interpersonal communication! Service: Absolutely terrible! The front desk has no service mentality!"

"Was originally allocated room on low floor but was able to change to a room on a high floor without any problem. Room had a nice view of the city. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of different choices. The fresh breads were particularly nice. Location very central and I was able to walk to the airport in fifteen minutes from the hotel."

"Had emailed owner Henry Hansen of the hotel about renting kayaks for our trip there in August. When we got there, the entire hotel was shut down to film a TV show, that the owner must have know about for months in advanced, and yet confirmed the kayak rental during august - which we now didn't get - and so our vacation high light was destroyed. Called the owner to see if we could sort something out but got a "too bad" over the phone as a response. Wonderful locals turned the situation around and saved the day by letting us rent kayak + equipment for free. Will not trust any appointments or written agreements with this place again."

"Very small room. But everything is clean, for each two towels. The windows from the light close tightly and the room can be very dark. The shower is excellent - the water hot goes at once, the pressure is excellent. The room has tea in bags, sugar, soluble coffee, small teapot. Also in the room is a minibar, equipped with alcohol and non-alcohol with drinks and snacks (for a separate fee)."
