"We are a family with 12 and 15 year old children. This is our second visit here we love the beach and this is perfect for us. We love the extra treats provided and the beach hut is very comfortable. Tried the breakfast hamper and restaurant both were great. All staff were really friendly and we used the bikes and pool. Our room was clean and well stocked by Maisie G and Sarah, thanks so much"

"Lovely stay here as always! We made it through the floods and had a great stay. Lovely welcome at Reception by Natasha. Room clean, tidy and comfortable, as always. Bathroom immaculate. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the soap canister holder. In some Premier Inns it has been beyond disgusting and you wouldn't want to touch it. Well done the housekeeping team at Bognor Premier Inn! Breakfast was lovely. We were well cared for by Connor and Tash and the food was hot and feshly cooked. Sarah, the current Manager was on duty as we left next morning. She has looked after us brilliantly over the years on our many visits to this Premier Inn. She is about to transfer to the new seafront Bognor Regis Premier Inn which opens soon. We would like to take this opportunity to wish her good luck in this new venture, (along with Helen and Natasha who are also transferring), and to thank her and her team for consistent excellent service."

"The hotel's location is right on the beach, and we had an amazing view of the sea! The room was spacious and very clean. We also loved that it is located very close to the Lobster Pot restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good. We used the swimming pool as well (just remember to book your slot in advance). The only downsides were that we could have used a small fridge in the room, and a smart TV instead of the old one provided. We would love to go back, without any doubt."

"Loved the beach hut suites, they were clean and modern and we loved all the interiors & detail and the space worked very well for our family (2 adults and a 10 yr old girl). The fridge with sparkling water and wine was appreciated. We enjoyed the view from the balcony but appreciated the net curtains when you wanted privacy. It was fabulous being so close to the beach and have lots of things to do that were so easy. We took the bikes out from the hotel out each morning and cycled along the promenade / coastal path and into the local park which has lovely trees / planting and great / new playground. There was a miniature railway / great cafe there too. We took the paddle board from the hotel out for an afternoon - was the first time we’d ever used one and our daughter loved it, was great fun. The indoor pool was lovely treat too, and there were tennis courts / pitch and putt too, but we didn’t use as spent most of the time on the beach. All the staff were all excellent and were happy to help when we had questions, Karol at reception helped us with the paddle boards/bikes, Cade & Jaynya gave excellent service in bar / restaurant. The beach is pebbly at the top, but as the tide goes out it’s sandy and is relatively flat so great for children swimming - no need for beach shoes in the sea. The water was surprisingly warm, didnt need a wet suit. This part of the beach was not crowded even for BH wkd, and the promenade just has a few eateries, so not over developed. We ate at the Lobster pot (2 min walk) which was v good, and got ice cream from the Boat Inn (3 min walk). Definitely a great place to go with lots to do for families."
