Service was great. Breakfast was basic not fancy but good enough. Love the location right across from a busy shopping mall.

We were coming in after a wedding on the cape and didn’t want to rush and try to make a flight out of Logan on Sunday night. After a great day in Providence we headed back towards Boston and picked this hotel. It is immaculate, right off the highway, yet quiet. Got one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in awhile. My hotel requirements are clean and clean. This fit the bill. Hotel lobby is wide open and stylish. They also have a fire pit with seating out back.

There are two new Managers (Steve and James) who have completely turned this hotel around in just a few weeks. I've stayed at a hotel where Steve previously worked and this kid knows what he's doing. He knows the reputation of hotels with long term guests but has changed the customer service of his staff to a level I've never seen at any extended stay type hotel like Residence inn, Courtyard, Fairfield, ESA etc... Everyone is happy, smiling and friendly, greeting you at all times of the day regardless of what department they work in. The new people he's brought on board are amazing. You can see that they enjoy their job and are treated with respect. Happy employees are always better to see when staying anywhere. James is a jack of all trades kinda guy. He's the second manager but also fixes things which is amazing. I saw him fixing locks even though he's the AGM. That was pretty cool to see. Most hotels just tell you to wait for the engineer. This is a talented group of people that Steve is assembling. The hotel itself is old but they are doing great with what they have. Hopefully they can update the property now that they've updated the staff. Shout out to Angie who cleaned my room. She's very thorough. I was the first room she ever cleaned on her own!!
