First time at Aloft Dubai Airport and it is convenient to the Metro, which I used several times throughout my stay.
There are a selection of shops nearby and local restaurants which serve fantastic food.
The room was well equipped with a decent size and cold fridge.

I like the facility the most, especially play area on the lobby. There are sitting area for reading time, also billiards and snooker for activity time. I have spent good time by playing billiards in the evening and early morning. The room is clean, well organised and renovated. I had a good sleep with comfortable bedsheet. The balcony view is gorgeous with Burj AI Arab opposite, enjoying a fantastic sunrise in the morning makes my day even special.

This was not a full stay, as I spent only about 12 hours at the hotel before my next flight. Therefore, I do not have much experience to comment in detail. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy, which is ideal for transit passengers. Being directly connected to the mall was an added advantage for me. However, the breakfast was not very good and is something the hotel could improve. Overall, I loved the hotel.

Smooth check in procedure, really enjoyed my stay and got my birthday cake delivered on time. Surely will come back.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect.
This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

Housekeeping is not professional. She knocked on the door at 9:00 am for cleaning. The hotel did not provide a thick blanket; it is cold when sleeping

An amazing stay in a great location! Perfect for a girls trip to NYC and we felt very safe. The staff were so kind and accommodating with our luggage storage and we felt like it was a home away from home. The room was also clean and had everything you could ever need with a nice city view and just 2-5 min walk from the metro. Also I’m waking distance to some yummy food and coffee spots! Will definitely be booking here again if I ever come back to the city!

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). Close to NYC, just across the bridge, Uber and taxis right outside the door. Front desk staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Very safe.

The hotel was perfect, the staff was nice, the hotel was silence and with comfortable bed. Everything was clean and it smelled really nice.

The room was very big for a topical hotel room.
I ate at the restaurant and really good food.
The shuttle runs every 30 months to get to the airport at no cost.

Holiday was a 18 th bday gift for my son .
Room 706 for 1 night
The hotel had put up bday balloons and banners and was a nice surprise .
The hotel is in a great position downtown Manhattan really close to the underground stations and close to 9/11 memorials.
The street Hotel is on is in a bit of unloved area with empty buildings surrounding it - could do with some TLC
Lobby areas and room
are nice and had great amenities but looking tired and dated and lots of areas could be freshened up
Inside Lifts are covered in a fabric which as we are just getting over covid seemed strange as unsure why required and certainly wouldn’t be easy to be cleaned
Also in the room the sink tap was very crooked and the en-suite door was loose and needs proper fixing. Strange how the kettle is in the bathroom !!
Feel like the sink should be in the bathroom and the kettle outside
the bathroom
Bathroom door is a sliding mechanism and worked although broken and hinges loose
TV was good and wifi excellent
Lobby amenities of free hot drinks was a welcomed after a long journey .
Guest Toilet on c floor was very unloved and needs refitting as worn and dated
Staff are helpful , stored our cases with ease , checking in and out easy
Thanks for a great short stay

Great price value with a convenient location. A lot of spots fall within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and the rooms are clean, acceptable room size, standard amenities, and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York.

The hotel is clean and new. I like the design of the room. It looks modern. The location is good. It’s close to the highway so you can hear lots of noise at night. Overall it’s great value for the price.

前台服務人員超nice，力所能及範圍內有求必應。唯一不足就是早餐略微單薄

Very good hotel. All staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

I loved the stay in the hotel. I loved our room, I told my husband if I could get an apartment just like the set up of our room I would be content. The front service people were amazing and sweet. Very communicative and welcoming. They provide free fruit, coffee, and water. We drive an electric car that’s not a Tesla and the red Parking lot that is also where Aloft guest park, provides charging which was an awesome plus. They also had a pool table that my father and husband enjoyed very much. Great location of course, can walk anywhere. Overall would stay here again.

Amazing hotel! Best locations. Really nice rooftop bar and restaurant
