Excellent location easy walk 5-10 minutes 五通碼頭到佰翔酒店。very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean inside and outside. Easy access to public transportation to go aroubd city and shopping malls. Very reasonable prices for such high end hotel. We will stay again and recommend to my family and friends.

The room was very spacious, and the little decorative items inside were thoughtfully designed. Daily necessities were fully provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When I ordered food delivery, a robot helped deliver it directly to my room. The outdoor environment was quiet and not noisy at all. The bed was large and very comfortable to sleep in. There was also a free shuttle bus to the airport that could be reserved in advance, which was very convenient.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. Excellent, varied breakfast. You can use the pool (slippers and towels are provided, swimming caps are available for a fee). I really enjoyed the view of the runway. Airplanes don't interfere with sleep, but earplugs are provided in the room. Special thanks to receptionist Harry for his friendliness, attentiveness, and very fast check-in.

Hotel is always clean and staff were always eager to help! Especially when you arrive at the hotel and there is always someone who helps you with the door.

Hotel comes with pillow menu which you can enjoy! I like the spacious toilet and the ambient room lighting!

Great service staff who go all the way out! Excellent buffet breakfast with great variety. Great location as it is next to the beach.

Only gripe is that the hotel wifi cant seem to connect to my hp or ipad so I had to rely on my personal data plan.

I recently stayed with my family at Portman Xiamen and had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was beautiful and impeccably clean and spacious.

One of the highlights of our stay was the bubble party at the pool. My child absolutely loved it, and it was such a joyful experience.

The photo service offered at the hotel was top-notch. The team was incredibly professional and managed to capture countless happy moments during our stay. It truly enhanced our experience.

Overall, Portman Xiamen is a fantastic family-friendly destination, and we can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the hotel. The location is good, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major sights.

The room was spacious and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping it clean.

This hotel was the perfect oasis for my one-night layover. Located right next to the terminal with a complimentary and efficient shuttle service, it couldn't be more convenient. The hotel itself has a lovely garden-style, calm environment that feels worlds away from the airport bustle, making it ideal for resting before a flight. I was impressed by the amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool. The food was delicious and diverse, and best of all, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend it as a peaceful and comfortable transit stop.

We had a wonderful stay at Portman Hotel, and the picturesque surroundings truly made our experience special. The views are simply stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for our getaway.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were plenty of activities available for both children and adults, ensuring that everyone had a great time.

We especially loved the indoor pool area—it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind while still enjoying the hotel’s ambiance. Overall, Portman Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable stay! Highly recommend it!

I've stayed at this hotel for overnight between connections. Very fast to get from airport. I ordered a transfer via trip to make it faster to the hotel because of limited time.
Hotel is clean, facilities are okay, I loved that there is not always-on lightning in the room so I could get some good sleep. On the way back at 5.40 am I managed to get on transfer which I had not originally booked

The stay was pleasant overall. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place was generally clean — I’d rate cleanliness at 4 stars. The only issue was the sound insulation, as it could get a bit noisy at night.

It was a good hotel to hop in just incase you have a quick flight from the airport. Super convenient to walk from Airport to the hotel. Use AMaps and you will reach swiftly. It is an old style boutique hotel. No modern amenities just a simple clean hotel.
