The location is very convenient and definitely one of the best things about the hotel. However, I think the hotel is in need of renovation, as some areas feel quite dated.

Unfortunately, the self-service check-in machines were not working during my stay, so I had to wait in a queue at the reception desk instead. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel would benefit from some updates and better functioning check-in facilities.

Ketika check-out pada pukul 11:00 pagi, lobi penuh sesak.

Berjalan lagi 15 minit, terdapat In-N-Out yang besar.

My experience with this hotel was generally positive. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and everything else was fine. However, there was one issue that I was not happy with. I specifically booked a Bellagio view room with two queen beds for four guests because I wanted to make sure everyone would have a proper bed to sleep in, even though it cost more. When I arrived, I was given a room with one king bed instead. The hotel provided an extra rollaway bed, which meant one person still had to sleep on the sofa. They told me that if I wanted to switch to the room type I originally booked, I would need to go down to the front desk the next day between noon and 4 PM to request a room change. I found this very inconvenient because I was on vacation and out enjoying my day. I did not want to interrupt my plans and rush back to the hotel just to change rooms. What I don’t understand is why I had to stay in a king room and then switch later when I had already booked and paid for a room with two queen beds for all four nights. If I selected and paid extra for that room type, it should have been reserved and available upon arrival. After the trip, I contacted Trip.com regarding this issue. I was very pleased that they handled the situation quickly and resolved it as soon as possible.

I used easy kiosk for a self check in. And eventhough it was past 6pm, my room was not ready. I then approached the reception and they gave me an available room straight away

Clear shower, clean bed, extra towels and soap - I don't need much more. Although a pair of slippers would be a nice touch, as the carpet seen better days of vacuuming.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to use their pool nor gym (not even a quick peek), but the location is perfect and the hotels has people around 24/7

WELL, THE MAIDS CAME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TWICE AT 9:30AM FOR HOUSEKEEPING BUT CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. THEN SOMEONE TOOK MY RUBBER EAR PODS OF MY HEADPHONES. I THINK THE EMPLOYEES NEED A VACATION OR AN APPRECIATION AWARD OR SOMETHING🤣.

ASIDE FROM THAT, I FIGURED OUT THE BATHROOM LIGHTING BUTTONS THE NEXT DAY. THESE DIGITAL ROOMS ARE AN EXTRA STRENUOUS ENCOUNTER FOR TRAVELS.

BEING LAID-OFF, I ENJOYED MY KING SUITE WITH THE TEENAGERS ' GRAFFITI.😈

The location is unbeatable, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.
The cold-water faucet in my room didn’t work, which is unacceptable for a so-called four-star hotel. The bathroom design is baffling—the glass door blocks half of the bathroom when opened. Overall, the facilities feel dated and overdue for a serious upgrade.

Housekeeping did not clean the room for the first 3 days despite us requesting day 2 and day 3.
We completely ran out of soap & towels after 2 days but we had to complain to guest services as housekeeping failed to attend.  We  did get a delivery of towels and soap after we complained but the room should have been made up as requested on 2 previous days.
The bedside and stand lights have very old fashioned turn switches that are very difficult  to actually turn on and off.
There was no fridge in the room only the minibar which was crammed full so that you could not remove anything to create space from without being charged
There was an ice machine in the corridor but no water dispenser
In the lobby bar and others even when we ordered  drinks for our party of 8 which was 2 or 3 rounds costing over $500 the bar staff would not allow us to have a glass of tap water!  We were expected to pay $8 for a small bottle.  This was not the case at other outside venues such as the Venetian.
There were lots of little things that have changed since wee last stayed there like making the ******** odds more in favour of the house on blackjack and roulette but it was the overall feeling that the hotel was constantly nickel and dimeing us which is not good for a 5 star establishment.

Awesome customer service from Danny at Nobu.
First time staying at Nobu in Caesar’s and got a free upgraded room. Was only there for a night since I had a flight in the morning but had a pleasant experience. Definitely worth checking out the place. Room was awesome. Definitely look forward to returning next time.

The location couldn't be better. Minutes from the fountains and the heart of the strip. The room decor is aged but perfectly Vegas Chic! In-room amenities are poor. Even coffee will cost you $20!
Beware the see-through mirror in the shower; great for intimate couples, less good for family!

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms were as advertised. The rooms are very spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows.
I give everything a 10/10

It was a little hard to find the entrance to the front desk. The rooms were fair bedroom was OK but when it comes to food and accessories to meals, it’s a zero compared to other *******. I’ve been to had no place to park motorcycles for security reasons and then if you did, they want to charge you $20 to park at where they could see it

Hotel is part of a ******. The building is aged but well maintained. Parking is free but availability can be a challenge, especially after 5PM. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly.

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain?
At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more!
Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.
