The hotel location is really nice.. basically you have everything like 7 eleven, massage shop, restaurant, night market .. all within walking distance. Stuff and services all are awesome. The hotel is kids friendly. Your kids can just stay inside for 3D2N not getting bored. Just one things we do not like, our rooms and the breakfast area have many mosquito.

The resort location is outstanding.
Buffet breakfast had a good selection.
Because of the terrain a buggy is a must to get around. They could have more than one and increase the frequency

It was really a nice experience and currently it's the best hotel which we tried in phuket according to value for money. Last day they made mistake with deposit return but finally we solved this issue. The territory is amazing with lazy river and slides.

A great place if you don't mind loud music and karaoke outside. There's a 7-11 right in exit and plenty of restaurants and bars around. And right in front of you is Phuket's best beach.

We booked a 2 br pool villa. The kids dived in the small pool right away after check-in in the evening. Breakfast for villa guests comes with choice of locations - the Lounge (with AC) or the buffet restaurant (w/o AC). The food quality of the lounge (à la cart) is not as good as the buffet. There are three pools in the entire premises, but the one with the slides kept most of the kids. Good value for money overall and fair choice for families. As the hotel is close to the busy streets, you get the convenience of having a drink with friends when the kids are sleeping 😁

Good location near Kata night market and walking street. There are three swimming pools and hours are reasonable. The room is clean although the facilities are outdated. There are no electrical outlets near any bed side. This is probably the least preferred Centara among all Centaras where we have stayed. The worst experience was breakfast. Not enough food as 50% food containers is empty. We asked the service people to fill them up. First, they responded to us to wait, then 30 minutes later, the containers were still empty. We at least asked three times within 30 minutes, finally, they admitted that they ran out of food, and we have up our breakfast. It would be very difficult for us to return to that particular Centara.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Amenities were satisfactory, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, they did not significantly impact my experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Check in and was told room not ready, come back at 3pm. Came back close to 4pm, was told room not ready as someone is inside fixing some sort of lights. Service at this hotel has been getting poorer. Request for soap, say no longer soap provided but I am allergic to those liquid soap. There is only 4 lifts to guest rooms but always damn packed and getting up and down always required to wait very long. The hotel is known to charge among the highest but service and amenities been poor for guests. They put their restaurants, pub, bar on upper floors and this affect guests going to their rooms. Expectations for this hotel was not metm

Convenient for visa extension as directly connected to Government complex (Immigration) under one roof. Front desk, housekeeping efficient and friendly. Parking guard Gf was the opposite. Told us to turn inside the building though we have informed him we booked into the hotel and made us going around for the first 2 floors only to find out all parking lots have been permanently blocked off. Upon our distressed final approach, we were told to go to 4f where bridged directly to the hotel building. Otherwise, could have been a comfortable stay.

I love this the part of old Bangkok and always prefer to stay in this area. And Centara was the perfect place for our trip. We loved everything about it. It has a cute pool, gym and nice restaurant, and room are modern and had all we needed, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We are waiting to come back there again.
Also they have complimentary tuk-tuk to Khalistan road every hour, but check with reception about it.

Pros: This hotel is of good quality. I enjoyed the food, the room was big, the pool great for kids. If you stay inside the hotel and do not need to go outside it’s a perfect place for you. The stuff is friendly.

Cons: We stayed here for 1 week. I had some unpleasant experience during my stay which spoilt my opinion about this hotel.

There was a huge trampoline which looked safe and covered BUT! There was a hole in it, which was covered with plastic and my baby fell in it.

We had problems with ac. The stuff instead of fixing it only made it worse. Maybe this is misunderstanding or miscommunication. We stayed with 1 year old baby where the ac is an important point not to catch a cold.

The breakfast is really tasty and the food is good. But there was almost always no place to sit and you need to fight with other people.
- Baby chairs? The stuff is not helping to provide them. You need to fish by yourself.
- Places by the pool- not enough, and the hotel got overcrowded on weekends

No direct passage to the sea. You need to walk around to get there and there is a shuttle bus, but it only works from 10am, which is not okay, as the sun starts to be too strong by 10am. We usually already get back to hide by this time.

The hotel is a low rise building about 8-storey. It locates close to Central Marina mall about 600-800m in walking distances. There are 7-11 , chinese restaurants and a large massage shop and a Runway market nearby which sells street foods and local fruits and souvenirs. We got a large connecting room for 4 persons with 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and comfy. The building a bit old, but overall is not bad. There are a small swimming pool and fitness with sauna room and steam room in the hotel. The drawback of this hotel is only a parking lot which doesn’t seem enough at the night time. The alley in front of the hotel may be flooded in the rainy season which may drown your car. Be careful!
In a nutshell, overall is good to excellent for the experiences. Love the space of the room and the comfy bed.

Good service with friendly team , I’d like to booking again . They’re always take care of me.
