We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza. The location was ideal for exploring Tokyo, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The staff were incredibly efficient and extremely helpful throughout our stay, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We had booked two rooms and were initially a little worried about the size, as we knew that hotel rooms in Japan can sometimes be quite small. However, this wasn’t a problem at all. The rooms suited our needs perfectly and were comfortable for our stay.
Overall, Hotel Gracery Ginza was a great choice for us, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located. I chose it specifically so that I could catch my 8:40 a.m. flight from Haneda Airport. Asakusa Station is a five-minute walk away and opens at 5 a.m. There is a direct express train to the airport. The hotel is beautiful. We booked a room for three people. There is a double bed and a full-size single bed. There is plenty of space. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, and the toilet is located in a separate room. The Senzo-ji Temple and the market are a five-minute walk away. Tokyo Skytree is also within walking distance. They don't provide bottled water in the room, but there are plenty of shops nearby, so it's not a problem. There's a kettle, and you can get extra tea bags at the reception.

Great hotel with a convenient location, just a short walk from Tamachi Station. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the stay was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel that my husband and I absolutely loved!

It’s in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Myeongdong Shopping Street and close to Seoul Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and on the ground floor of the hotel building, there’s a large Starbucks and a small convenience store.

A minor downside for me is that there are really a lot of offices in the area, and from around 6 p.m. until late at night, almost all the cafes will be full, and you won’t find a free table.

The hotel staff are friendly; they always greet you, smile, and are helpful. I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good—mostly Asian-style, but there was familiar food for Europeans, too.

The rooms aren’t small. We had enough space to unpack two large suitcases. The toilet and bathroom are separate. My favorite part is the view from the window! It’s stunning!

Hotel is located in an extremely convenient spot - next to the metro station as well as having both 7-eleven and family mart right next at your door step. Love the japanese bath layout with great water pressure.

The only downside is we found a piece of sharp metal on the carpet by accident that pierced right through the foot on our first day. The front desk were quick to apologized and offer additional cleaning service. Just wish they were a little more cautious with these things. Luckily it wasnt too severe.
