The hotel was perfect from the warm welcome to the final farewell.
Since we were traveling with children, the staff kindly gave them gifts and treated us with great care. Even though we had not requested it, they prepared fruits and cookies in the room, which showed a very thoughtful attention to detail.
By coincidence, both our check-in and check-out were handled by a staff member named Nora Chen. She assisted us promptly and professionally, always with a bright smile that made the experience even more pleasant.
If I visit Shenzhen again in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

A really comfortable stay at the Shenzen Garden. Stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast which was really good and worthwhile having. Had a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. The room size was extremely large and had the highest ceiling I’ve seen elsewhere. Location wise it was easy to book via Didi in order to request a taxi. Outside it had a few shops and some restaurants - it more residential which means it’s fairly quiet. Overall a great hotel and one I’d recommend.

Great location for the new Natural History museum, but essentially the middle of nowhere for everything else. A fifteen minute walk from the nearest metro station, although only five or six minutes from the museum, with the route a single straight road to get there. There are some medium-sized 7-11 style shops around ten minutes away.

Great breakfast selection, although lacking vegetarian options for the afternoon and evening meals.

Pool is a good size, tho cold, and the male changing rooms were lacking towels and slippers when I went in the evening.

Complimentary laundry was handy, and hassle-free to order and receive.

Room was spacious and very well decorated, although the north view is half building site, currently.

AC has controls, but is overrode at night, making for a sweaty experience during humid heavy rain. The bathroom light is also automatic, so if one of you wakes up and needs the loo at night, both of you are waking up.

All in all, lovely place to stay for the museum, but pricey otherwise and with some mild annoyances that conflict with the premium price.

Great stay but their floor 8 executive lounge was closed. I got coupons for a single beer per night for happy hour. The buffet was much better during the week compared to the weekend. The rainbow mall with a grocery store and dozens of food options is an easy walk; about a 10-15 minutes. Floor 10 view was nice, overlooking trees and calmer area of SZ. Very comfortable and spacious room. Gym is good and has free weights, machines and several treadmills. The concierge was good and arranged a taxi for me a couple times. Will stay again.

So far so good with the view, cleanliness. However the light is a little dark than expected in the toilet. Service counter is quick that can cope with my busy schedule. Breakfast has large variety of food though just a few people jn the cafe at around 730am. Food is acceptable so far. It’s a fair stay with this price.

Excellent and clean; in the stick, with no convenience stores nearby. No room service & a single English language TV channel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

Booked the hotel to attend Zhang Yixing's first concert at the Bird Nest Stadium, which also falls on the Mid Autumn Festival (6Oct) and his birthday (7Oct) and the stadium is just conveniently located behind the hotel! The hotel room is cosy, spacious enough for 2 pax. I ordered food delivery every day and the food was delivered to my doorstep via the robot promptly. Only complain is that the centralised aircon cannot be adjusted and it was fixed at 27 degrees which is can be a bit stuffy even though outside temperature is cold. I hope in the future, the hotel can collab or give out freebies related to the concert we are attending.

No bar, no cafe, no late kitchen. Not very accessible to eateries and malls on foot. Be prepared to order for food delivery services.
Great service at the reception with local number provided to facilitate the food delivery ordering via ******* (which requires local number).

Hotel’s breakfast is too crowded and tables are limited, needed to share with strangers. Food varieties are average or slightly below average.
Not worth the money charged for the breakfast in my personal opinion.

Great hotel. Affordable and clean. Fantastically large gym. Small pool, but perfect in the early mornings. Satisfying breakfast. Good service. Located close to shops. Plenty of bike available. Decent distance from center.

Room - Very clean and comfortable bed
Breakfast - Good buffet spread
Only setback is they will turn off aircon during mid-October when we check in. Although they provide us with a fan, the room temperature is still at 25 to 26 degree during the day even with windows open. We book for 6days but eventually check out after 2 nights stay. Thanks to the responsive customer service from Trip.com, they help us speak to the hotel and also refunded us the unuse nights.
