I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the location is brilliant, just 1 minute walk you can reach one of the exits that connects to First Avenue Tokyo Station and Daimaru. Since it is close to Tokyo station, taking JR, Shinkansen or buses are all accsessible.

To be honest, the room is small but is expected since it's in Tokyo. The room is clean and well- equipped. Free hot and cold drinks are available from 1100-2200. Sheet masks and foot patches and other skin care products are provided at the reception.

The cleaning staff was hard working and responsible, which is very impressive.

Hi, we chose this hotel for our first Tokyo trip. I thought about choosing a hotel in Shibuya or other more crowded neighborhood. but I wanted to stay more quiet area.
turns out it was the best decision for us. the subway entrance was literally facing our hotel, (hanzomon line).
I was bit hard to find izakaya late at night ( there are some) but it was very easy to access to other major neighborhood.
Hotel facilities were very clean and nice, staff were easy to communicate and kind.
overall it was pleasant experience.

Amazing stay at Hotel Monterey Ginza! The check-in experience was enjoyable and the staff was very welcoming and kind! The room itself was extremely quiet and tranquil which is of utmost importance for me. It was always thoroughly cleaned, stocked and maintained by the housekeeping staff. The location is also in the heart of Ginza which makes it very convenient! I would 100% stay here again in the future.

Fairly convenient location.  Great value for the price.  Rooms a bit more spacious than average in Tokyo  & the toiletries (body wash, shampoo etc were really really nice). If I was being picky I found the bed to be on the hard side and decor was quite dated however in saying that I would happily stay again at hotel Monterey Ginza

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, but it's in a good location with lots of shops and restaurant options within walking distance. The room size is reasonable for Japan, and the rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was good.

We really enjoed to staying here. This our third time staying here. Because very convenient to access metro. Especially if arrived kansai airport to namba via nankai then you can access basement direct to the hotel. Cleanliness and staff are friendly.

It was really good five nigts staying. I've booked room with three beds for me and my family. Even though third bad reduced space, the room was big enough for three of us and two mid sized luggage cases opened. Room is clean and trash been was emptied every day. Fresh towels and pyjamas every day as well. Hotel location is just great! Konbini and drugstore on the first floor, restaurants and cafes around. Entrance to underground passage to Osaka Station and metro just in front of hotel building was really handy during rainy days.

I stayed at Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a beautiful, slightly European Art Deco style and feels elegant from the moment you walk into the lobby. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city.

Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business.

The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with directions or questions. I also really enjoyed relaxing at the onsen/spa after a long day of walking.

Overall, a wonderful stay with great atmosphere, good facilities, and warm Japanese hospitality. I would happily come back here again on my next trip to Osaka. 🌸

reasonable walking distance from JR Osaka stn where has a lot of food choice and a good transportation hub

Very good location. Just right across the Watanabe-dori subway station. Easy access to tourist attractions in the Tenjin area. There is also public baths, laundry area available to travellers.

Penyambut tetamu sedia berkhidmat. Secara keseluruhan semuanya bagus.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Single Room. The location in Tenjin was very convenient, close to shops, food, and the subway. The room was clean, comfortable, and great for a solo stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Loved the strong shower pressure! Great value for the area.
