I was in Paris for more than 2 weeks for a short course. First off, I love the location of this hotel. It is very convenient for me and within a short walking distance, you can reach the lovely La Grande Epicerie and Le Bon Marché. I paid when it was at its peak time (during the tail end of Paris Fashion Week) so the room was extra pricey. I would expect more for the price I paid. My room was quite small and was facing a backyard of some building. Definitely not worth the price I paid for but since I am out to class everyday, I accepted. During my entire stay, only 3 small bottles of water were available and because of ”sustainability” reason, we have to take our bottles down to the lounge to refill water. I would guess that after my first week's stay, they would at least give me 3 new bottles. That never happened. I ended up just buying 1.5L bottles of water myself everyday on my way back to the hotel for more than 2 weeks. It was such a hassle to go downstairs to get water with those little bottles because sometimes the lounge staff was busy and sometimes I was just feeling too tired. It was during Paris heatwave, I would believe people would want to stay hydrated...

I believe that the service in general should improve when a guest chose to stay at the hotel for weeks. It was definitely not worth the high price I paid for, unfortunately.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.

The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.

Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

The hotel itself is great. We loved the room with a terrace, amenities are Acqua di Parma, staff is lovely. The bar is lively however some staff of the bar are a little rude to hotel costumers (just some of them, others are great). The pool is amazing. We will be back here.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a very good hotel for me to stay in.
The staff are polite and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and the location is great
Comparable to five-star hotels

I had a fantastic stay at The Londoner and it totally lived up to the hype. The location is perfectly central, making it ridiculously easy to explore the city without spending half your time on transport. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, one of those places where you feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. The gym and pool facilities were a real highlight: modern, spotless, and ideal for unwinding after a busy day in London. The rooms were stylish and modern with a luxe-but-comfy vibe that made it hard to leave. And the lounge? Super inviting, perfect for relaxed drinks and snacks while soaking up the atmosphere. Would happily stay again! ✨

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, remains one of London's most elegant retreats. The location is truly second to none—footsteps from Buckingham Palace and the serenity of St. James' Park, yet it feels tucked away from the city's frantic pace.

The hallmark of this hotel is the 'Tajness' service; the staff are consistently attentive and professional. A particular highlight is the Shakespearean Courtyard, which is a stunning architectural oasis for a morning coffee or an evening drink. The breakfast spread is also exceptional, featuring an impressive variety of international and traditional Indian options. For those seeking a blend of British history and warm, world-class service, this is a top-tier choice in Westminster.

Everything was as expected. Location good, 2 mins from Holburn and 10 from TCR.
Room contained all the usual stuff expected, excluding an exfoliator which wouldve been nice.
Tea was good, nice selection and excellent taste (though one of the days they did forget to provide additional tea bags). Fresh (semi skimmed) milk also in the fridge was appreciated.
Only 1 annoying issue - room light control is done via the TV. The last thing you want to have to do before sleep is configure something on a bright white screen. Changing the display to dark mode or automatically reducing darkness when its late or when most of the room lights are dim would fix this issue.
Other than that service was all good, staff very helpful.

Sea Containers is a fantastic place to stay if you want to be close to the action in London while still enjoying a stylish, self-contained hotel experience. It’s only a short train ride to many of London’s biggest hotspots, making it really convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and nights out around the city.

The hotel itself has everything you need without even stepping outside. Aluxury cinema that’s perfect for a relaxed evening, and a rooftop bar with incredible views over the Thames. The cocktail list is excellent and the atmosphere up there is always lively with great vibes, especially in the evening.

Overall, Sea Containers blends comfort, entertainment, and location really well. Whether you’re in London for a quick getaway or a longer stay, it’s a great base with plenty to enjoy right inside the hotel.

Go to the Beaumont with beautiful people, excellent dining at the Colony, afternoon tea is good as well. Grand bathroom with D.R. Harris shampoo to pamper yourself, remember to borrow the FT weekend for reading, it elevates your knowledge to great London.
