Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very convenient and well-equipped, with a microwave and a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer, which was very useful during the stay.

Breakfast is available until 12 PM, which is very convenient and deserves a 5-star rating for the flexible timing.

For the food, the taste was average, and I would rate it around 3.5 out of 5.

As for the reception service, the experience was mixed. Some staff members were very helpful, especially the morning shift reception team, who were friendly and very supportive. However, a few others were less attentive.

Overall, the hotel is good and comfortable, with useful in-room facilities and a convenient breakfast timing.

Very happy with our stay at this hotel and the friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and neat and bedding was most comfortable. Good balance of traditional and western options for breakfast. Hotel is very well located and central so easy to walk to most attractions. Would definately stay here again. John - Australia

Great location for using the subway and exploring Xi'an. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is very clean. Our only complaints were that the small minibar didn't keep things cold, and we had some issues with neighbors being very loud late at night. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

The hotel is very new and quite reasonably priced. Everything was great, except the breakfasts weren't very varied — though that's probably because there aren't that many guests staying there. Best of luck!

Now the good part — the service here is on another level. They held my luggage without a fuss, sorted me an early check-in, and when it started raining they simply handed me an umbrella to use. That kind of small, thoughtful gesture tells you everything about how a place treats its guests.

The room itself is smart in every sense. Slick touch-panel controls for lighting, curtains, and scenes — Bright, Sleep, Viewing, Reading — so you set the mood with one tap. Complimentary coffee, snacks, and water waiting in the room. And the bathroom was stocked with literally everything you could think of, right down to a comb. I didn’t have to unpack half my bag.

If you’re passing through and want reliable comfort near the station without paying centre-of-town prices, Radisson RED is a very easy yes. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
