The room is clean and has very functional toilet. They provide unlimited coffee/tea and toiletries in the lobby area which you can easily access.

We stayed for a week and the location was ideal. There are 7-11, family mart and local restaurants nearby.

The staff are helpful and polite.

Just one downside for me - their TV doesn't have YouTube or Netflix. We used screen cast from our phone to watch in the tv.

If you plan to stay here, don't forget to sign up for Richmond membership. Regular checkout is 11AM but for Richmond hotel members, it's 12PM. Gives you an hour to relax and pack up.

We booked a standard double room, which is about 18 meter square, I think this room size is considered big for a Tokyo hotel, which is comfortable to stay for couple. The location is great, where there are many shops open til late night. Nearest metro station is about 150m away and there are many other metro stations entry about 15 mins walking distance. Overall I’m very satisfied with the stay!

Very close to entrances of train.
It locates at the middle between 2 stations, which you can easily travel to either airports and far city side of Tokyo.
Typical Japanese service of hotels.
It provide laundry, self-service daily tools bar, and also free drinks bar up to 9:00PM.
There are malls and supermarket just next to the building.
If you are assigned direction lucky, you can view the Tokyo sky tree through room window!

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree right from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants just downstairs, making it incredibly convenient.

The breakfast was outstanding—there was a wide variety of delicious options, and you could really tell that every dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo!

Lokasi yang selesa
Diskaun tempat letak kereta disediakan
Sarapan pagi yang baik
Orang ramai dan kena tunggu meja.
Pengasingan mempunyai pasar raya Life
sangat selesa

Love the room. So spacious and clean. We had a bathtub, complete amenities plus skin care set. The beds were soft perfect after a long day at Tokyo. The best part is its only 300m away from the Station, around 2 min walk. Very convenient. I also like how there are a lot of restaurants around the area. You don’t have to look far.

Hotel not allow early check in unless pay extra. I arrived at 8am in the morning and wait until 2pm only allow to check in. The receptionist told me that I need to pay xxxx yen per hour for earlier check in. So I have a bit disappointed and tired after long night flight.

The hotel is very clean and the room is quiet spacious however I don't like that you have to set the cleaning service manually from the TV, so if forgot to set it; the room will not be cleaned.
Everything else is according to my expectations because this is a three star hotel

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It’s surrounded by major shopping malls such as Iwataya, Solaria, and Tenjin Underground Mall. It’s also only about a 3-4 minutes walk to Tenjin Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Ichiran Ramen and FamilyMart,Don Quijote are just across the street.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases and one 28-inch suitcase fully opened, which was a big plus for us.

The only downside was the pillows—they were either too soft or too firm, so it wasn’t the most comfortable sleep for us.

Overall, it was definitely worth staying here. I would happily stay again on my next visit to Fukuoka.

The room was very clean, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Hakata Station, close to Yodobashi, and near the bus stop for airport transfers. The amenities were complete and conveniently available for self-service. There was also a water purifier provided.
I brought my own hair straightener, but it didn’t work; fortunately, the hotel offers a hair straightener to borrow, which was very helpful.
The only downside is that the bed is a bit small. It might feel a little cramped for two people, but I suppose that’s quite typical for hotels in Japan.

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and was very impressed. This year, I had the chance to return to Sapporo and chose to stay at the same hotel again—and it did not disappoint. The room still looks new and well-maintained, despite the 10-year gap.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian-friendly area, with plenty of amenities and facilities provided. What’s even better is that the hotel offers a complimentary drink voucher—one drink per guest per night—which is a really nice touch.

I’ve also stayed at other Richmond hotels in different cities, and they have all been excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and the Richmond brand. Definitely worth a stay!

Room is compact but has all the necessary items. Hotel provides a wide variety of free amenities in the lobby area including tea. Each floor has a water dispenser and there is a jug for guest to collect water to be used in the room, which I find very convenient.
