Very pleasant hotel, albeit not in the very center of Madrid. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was all right, but located in the basement, which made it feel somewhat dingy. Upon arrival we wanted to get something to eat at the bar while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, the wait was inacceptable. Breakfast is more like 3*. Probably too expensive for what it offers, but unforfunately Madrid hotels are quite expensive.

Great hotel close to madrid airport. I've stayed here many times as it's one of my favourite places to relax and chill. Rooms are Great the Staff friendly and helpful. I will be back.

I booked this hotel because it was “close” to the airport… however you cannot walk to the hotel, and the shuttle information from the airport to the hotel was not correct and I couldn’t find the bus, so I had to taxi to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, but it could be served a bit earlier since most people stay at the hotel to get a flight out the next morning. The shuttle to the airport at 7:15am was great, comfortable and on time! The rooms walls are very thin though and you can hear even in the corridors and next to you 🙈 It was a decent bed to sleep on though and a great shower.

Excellent location; just a few minutes by Metro and you’re right in the city centre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which truly made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Javier, as well as the night staff member, for their outstanding service and friendliness. I was extremely happy with my stay and would highly recommend Sercotel Togumar

Overall really good hotel and very clean. Service was spotless and location doesnt get much better. Small things, but the TV had YouTube and Netflix options which didnt work half the time and was a real struggle to obtain an iron for our clothes when we arrived, as rooms didn't have them. Practically had to beg and after 4 calls finally received one. Other than that, very good hotel.

The hotel is in a walkable and easy to find area for Ubers and deliveries. It is near Plaza Bib Rambla and Plaza Nueva; so two great areas for people watching, shopping, tours and learning the history of Granada. There are restaurants and stores nearby. The roof top terrace is lovely, with good views, food and wonderful service.

This hotel has a lot of history and I really enjoyed my stay. Location is excellent—very close to the C50 and C52 lines, and within easy walking distance to restaurants. It’s right next to the Palace of Seville and not far from the Seville Cathedral either.

The breakfast was good, and overall I was quite satisfied with my stay.

My only small issue was that the towels looked and felt quite old and worn out. They seemed a bit unclean and could really do with being replaced.

The place is excellent for the 2 nights of stay because it is clean, location is near the centre and many good restaurants around. There are mini supermarkets near the apartment hotel. Love the swimming pool which has wonderful view of the premise.
