We booked 5 rooms for the last weekend before summer holiday ends.
The reception at the lobby for check in was smooth but the air conditioning in the lobby was not v well and it was quite hot.

Overall experience was good at this price, not much of a complaint to be honest except the toilet, there were no hanging hooks for the towels and it was somewhat quite inconvenient. The socket for the hairdryer was not working and the dryer cannot be used inside the toilet

Good hotel overall. Rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The stay was convenient and pleasant. However, the rooms do not have windows, and the breakfast options are limited. The only issue was the longer waiting time for the lift.

I won't stay at this hotel again. One of the reasons for me to book this hotel was the fridge in the room but my food rotted after a night. The fridge was even warmer than the room. I asked the receptionists to give me another fridge but they said that all fridges maintained the same temperature. I guess the fridge was only for decoration rather than for use. The receptionists promised me things but it never got done correctly. The bathroom had mold and I asked them to clean it with bleach. They said that they could not find even a bottle of bleach in their hotel. However, the breakfast was good and the location is good.

My phone 📱 is a good ☺️ and then I will be in the morning and you can do the same thing 😁😉 I can see it and I don't want you in a nice place in the day of the other side and I can get the money for the weekend so we could go to do that for the first time and then I will be in bed with you in your room and you will be in a bit longer than me ❤️ I can see it and it doesn't look at the time for me to do it and it will take a lot more time and you will understand it and I respect your feelings 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I can do it now and take a nap before you go to the house to the house and I will get it on the website and then we can do the day of the day and I don't think it will have a nice walk m.

Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.
