We arrived at St Regis after a red-eye flight, and was welcomed by staff Crystal Lieu.

As we are not very well versed in Chinese, Crystal was a gem as she is able to converse in English very well. We feel very taken care of during our stay.

Thank you St Regis, thank you Crystal. When we are back in ShenZhen again, we will definitely choose St Regis for our stay!

And, we love the egg tart.

I booked The St. Regis for my birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The entire St. Regis team has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience special, and we truly felt well taken care of.

The hotel has an amazing view, and the team even prepared beautiful birthday decorations for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more memorable. The location is amazing, the amenities are excellent, and the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained.

A huge thank you to the entire St. Regis team for making my birthday stay so special. Special thank you to our wonderful butler Pansy. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again! ❤️ Recommend for all🥰

I had a wonderful weekend stay at The St. Regis.

The hotel is beautifully kept, well-appointed and carefully curated - everything feels carefully thought out.

The room, on floor 60, was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities and a stunning view. I particularly enjoyed the extensive room service menu for late meals, the desk space to get some work done, the stunning bathtub for relaxation and the extremely comfortable bed. The pillow menu was also extensive, the minibar was well-stocked and my laundry was done by the next morning beautifully. Little touches like the housekeeping staff carefully arranging my toiletries and the front desk team arranging a fruit platter on my arrival were wonderful and made my stay extra special.

Breakfast was extensive, catering for eastern and western palates. My omelette was custom made while I waited by a friendly and helpful chef, and was delicious. The bakery was also a highlight.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, before, during and after my visi. Peter introduced himself to me at check in and nothing was too much trouble throughout my stay. The impeccable butler service meant I had freshly pressed clothes for the following morning, ice when I needed it and extra amenities at the drop of a hat. Every single member of staff from the room service team, the concierge and porters to the staff I passed in the hallway were welcoming, attentive and couldn’t do enough to help.

I will definitely be back.

I would like to write a compliment to the Shanghai the bund St Regis. My daughter was a little bit unwell. The whole team was trying to assist us. I appreciated their help. Especially my butler Leo and the concierge lady, she helped to arrange the transportation for me. Food was fabulous. We had a very pleasant stay with them. Thank you so much. 😃

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view.
Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water.

Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.
