The service was good and the room was also clean & tidy. Breakfast was included for every booking and their breakfast buffet was excellent too. The most important thing is it's just right next to the Central Station, where everything is so convenient, highly recommend for people looking for a hotel in Olso.

Everything was clean, check in was smooth, I was put to a 5th floor, pretty peaceful, I sleep well.
The blond woman who check me in was very nice she even offer to notes for me that my breakfast will be packed by 5am for me to pick up since I have an early train, I was in a bit of a rush to check out so I didn’t ask the man to check but I’m sure if I asked they would have gotten it for me.
Will go back again

The hotel is very close to the central train station. In fact, you can cross the bridge (covered) to the nearby mall, exit on the 1st floor, cross the road and enter the hotel. The hotel's surroundings are dirty and less pleasant, both because of renovations and construction in the area and from a human perspective.
A short walk (5 minutes) brings us to the main street, or to the central square, or to the opera house)
The hotel itself, like the other chain hotels, is commendable. Free coffee/tea, water/soda in the lobby and sometimes also fruit and small pastries.
We were given a spacious room on the fourth floor with large windows that can be opened. This is important when it's hot, but the windows face an internal courtyard so there is no view and no good air exchange. The room was ventilated, but there was no air conditioning.
The bed was comfortable. A large and pleasant shower room with a wide shower that you don't have to crowd into. Two sinks and a large window.
A seating area with two armchairs and a standing lamp (without the bulb itself...)
The room was maintained to a reasonable but not excellent standard. (Lack of bulb, stains on the chair upholstery, clogged shower head that we asked to replace and it was replaced quickly).
A very good, varied and wonderful breakfast like in the entire chain.
We would return to this hotel if we had heavy luggage and came to stay overnight but not for a vacation.

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

Excellent service all round. Check-in was very friendly and professional, everything was explained clearly. All members of the staff were great.

Room was very clean and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings
.
Breakfast was buffet style with an excellent selection of of good quality food.

The Thon Panorama is ideally situated for exploring Oslo.

We thoroughly recommend this hotel

Pro
Spacious rooms
Comfortable beds
Kitchen available including induction sets, plates, bowl, cutlery
Delicious and variatry of choices for breakfast buffet
Coffee machine available in the room and in the recent ion area
Good location

Cons
Toilet is a bit small
Cleaner came to clean when not asked, resulting in some of kid toys/stuff that were still being used (stickers, bottles) being thrown away as they were left on the floor (as we were not expecting any cleaning)

Ubicación buena, habitación y camas regular. Buen desayuno. Cama supletoria muy mal

This is a great hotel to stay at on your trip to Bergen. The hotel has a fantastic location close to the water front and an easy walk to the tram, shopping, restaurants, among the many attractions. There are so many different places to eat and a wide variety of food to chose from. The hotel is staffed by very nice people who speak a variety of languages. There is free coffee and tea around the corner from the reception, and they have a small reception area with some seating to you can get a drink or just wait for friends to come down to the lobby. The breakfast, which opens at 6:30 is a dream! One of the best breakfasts I have seen in many years of traveling. The room are good sized, but that obvious depends on what you ask/pay for. We enjoyed out stay here immensely!

The Hotel was so beautiful and clean. Very lovely staff. Interior Design was great and so beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Definitely for my next trip to Oslo I chose this Hotel 🏨 again.

It’s very clean and has a pretty good location ! Price is also really good ! Highly recommendable 👍

Nice clean and comfortable room, a bit small. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Great location if you work at the EU, slightly farther to go to the city center (20 min walk or right to subway station). Friendly staff.

Worth it for the view from the sauna!
Hotel room was OK, but a little noisy. Staff were friendly but cleaners came into our room three times while we were inside.
Excellent location for transport links but be mindful of red-light areas

We stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for our family of 3 Air conditioning is pretty good. As you know, some hotels in Europe are not cold enough. Although the hotel location is not near the tourist attractions (it needs to take tram / bus / metro for 10 minutes plus 7 minutes walk.), it is high cp value in terms of service, room size, etc. Also the area is quiet and safe. Regarding the house-keeping, it forgets to replenish the bath gel and it missed the conditioner on the 1st day. We phoned to request and they deliver right away. Actually, we are quite happy to stay there.

I don’t book this hotel again, when i arrive the hotel they don’t accept the usd for deposit, they take my time the bank card also is not supported and the staff also don’t let me to check in .i don’t never book this hotel

Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent.
Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop.
Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils.
AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony.
No house keeping for short stays.
Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any.
Very very very expensive hotel
as we booked during BTS concert period!!!
Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

Extremely central, everything is within walking distance including the light rail from the airport. Clean functional room with fridge and very comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, self service with a huge choice, very tasty. All the reception staff were friendly and informative, I wish I could have stayed longer.

The most impressive thing is the breakfast they provided. Various kinds of food, you can have some hot plates and pancakes with drinks there. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is great too and next to the beautiful Bryggen. Bergen city centre is walkable, you can just walk from the hotel to anywhere like fish market, bergen station and the famous mountains nearby.

The least convenience is the bathtub. It's quite high, so for those who is not that tall need to be careful while entering. And the glass cover at bathtub only covers half, water easily spills on the floor.

Overall it's a really nice hotel and worthwhile to stay.

Room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is good size and the water pressure is very strong. Their breakfast has a wide varieties and good quality. I love the nespresso machine there.
