Enjoyed the stay . Near to station and convenient . Limousine bus stop just infront
Room is very clean . Staff is friendly .
But one advice , this hotel lies in a busy area . So car cannot really stop at the road side . It’s best to stop somewhere near to the hotel .

Great hotel located directly above Shibuya station which meant the location was very convenient. Even though I had booked the base room which was only 20 m², the room design meant that the room did not feel small at all and the room was a well laid out with a Japanese style toilet and seperate shower. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel, considering its location, price, customer service and room layout. The hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful and we’re even able to help us send our baggage to our next hotel and help us fill out the documentation in Japanese.

Amazing location. Amazing view from high floors.

Rooms are small, and not cheap. But, they are clean, and the shower was wonderful.

My single room was on floor 24. Beautiful view. I could see the beautiful lights at night and fall asleep. Lower floors don’t offer the nice view because other buildings and signs are blocking the view. They still have the best location though.

I recommend this hotel as long as you don’t require a large room.

We had such a wonderful stay at Shibuya Tokyu REI Hotel! The location is unbeatable—it takes literally two minutes to walk to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing. Being so close made our daily sightseeing and shopping trips completely hassle-free, especially when we needed to quickly drop off bags before heading out again.

The hotel location is amazing, just outside a brilliant little city centre with all the food, drinks and basics you need. The room was super clean, staff were very helpful and the food was good. The major point of this hotel is it’s location and price, so much cheaper then central areas link shinjuku but so easy to get around. We traveled all over and this was a great base to get away from all the noise

The service was incredible. We were greeted at every turn with kindness and professionalism. Our only request would be that our 14yo mature daughter could have swam in the pool (it’s 18+ which we didn’t know until we tried to swim.) A few standouts where the hotel team went “above and beyond”: the superb cleanliness of our room, the porter and bellhop service, the concierge personally walking us down to the ballroom to ask if we could get spectator ballroom competition tickets last minute, the team allowing us to be seated us at breakfast at 10:27am when we were mistakenly told on the “express line” that it was served until 11am; and then even re-opening the omelette station for us. And finally, helping us reclaim a missing object left at our breakfast table—about 6 people jumped in to help us and saved the day! Thank you Cerulean, for the incredible stay, views, and above all, service.

The room is nice but there is no bathtub in the room which is not convenient for us because we have small children with us. The hangers in the entrance right side were covered with dust. There were coffee and water in the room since we have children we hope to have juice for the kids too.
The breakfast was very good, the cook and servers are very polite. The bread and miso soup was very good.

I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu.

The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling, connected by a 3.5mm jack. The curtains were motorized, though you hardly needed to close them.

The turndown service. I would leave in the evening and return late to find the room changed: only the hallway light and bedside lamp left on, a bottle of water and a glass on the nightstand, two chocolates beside them. The evening tea and teacup, previously stored in the cabinet, had been moved next to the coffee machine. These changes were so slight you had to think back carefully to confirm they had happened at all. The temperature and humidity had been adjusted. As if the room itself remembered your habits.

Room service fell short of the ryokan in Hakone or Lake Toya, but well above the ordinary hotel. Each day I made two or three cups of complimentary coffee, played music, read, wrote. In seven days I finished three books. The research ahead began to take shape.

There were drawbacks. No washing machine, but a decent laundromat ten minutes' walk away—a chance to wander the streets of Akasaka. The room provided HDMI and ethernet ports but no cables; for those who came to rest, perhaps a mercy. The minibar fridge was mostly occupied by drinks for purchase, same as the Imperial, though there was still room for my sparkling water.

The day I left it was half past five and fully dark. I could barely make out the faces of the bellhop and the taxi driver. Together they loaded my luggage into the boot. I wished the bellhop a happy new year in Japanese and told her I liked her hat. She smiled and returned the greeting. As the taxi pulled out of the underground drive, I thought of the inns Kawabata once wrote about: what had to be sought in the mountains of snow country can now be reached by elevator from the B2 exit of a metro station.

I have watched the Shinagawa Prince Hotel loosen quietly over time, slip a little. That kind of decline is rarely one great error. It begins the day someone forgets to leave a glass of water, neglects to move a packet of tea, omits a newspaper. As for The Capitol Hotel Tokyu: in Japanese, what I experienced over these seven days is called

The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options—it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The accommodation was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and plenty of eateries, making it easy to find food and do some shopping. Although parking is available for a fee, it was convenient and easy to access. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit!

I loved that the hotel was right in front of the entrance to the park, also it is a walking distance to the busses and taxi line that take you to the airport or other cities! The rooms were spacious and has great views!

Reviewed the prices staying 4 night is very reasonable and cheapest.
Location is very good and convenient, a lot of Bar and restaurants.
Rooms is generally I can open my big luggage.
However, bed sheet and toliet bathtub very old and found rusty seems oxidization.
Floor corridor carpets very dirty.
Overall compare the prices and just stay few days I still recommended this hotel because very convenient.

Everything was good until the end of our trip. The laundry room is a bit small and there was only ever one machine available. At checkout the attendant at the desk was very curt and I explained we called the night before for late checkout. My partner and I have bad backs and asked if someone could help us load our luggage. As we checked out later I had to stay to complete the online hotel membership otherwise we'd have to pay extra for the late check out and my partner went to the room with the attendant. The attendant arrived at the lobby and went with me to the taxi who loaded the luggage. When my partner arrived they looked angry and in pain. Apparently the attendant refused to help load the luggage on to the trolley and just stood by the door waiting. This is not what I expected from a hotel, service is a part of the game they are in, and if the attendant couldn't or didn't want to help us there were many standing in the lobby who could of assisted. If there is an issue now with my partners back I'll send the hotel the medical bill.
