Everything is great other that they should stop old men smoking in the building because it's literally a child location with child facitilites, it's easy to go outside. There's signs saying no smoking but they don't enforce it. Other than that it's great, especially the hot spring outside

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and the front desk service was a huge part of what made it so memorable. From the moment I walked in, A lady called Rebekah Yin greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel welcome right away. She was incredibly efficient with the check-in process, taking the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities—like the 24-hour fitness center—without rushing through a single detail. When I mentioned I was in town for a business meeting and needed a quiet room, she went out of their way to upgrade me to a spacious room on a higher floor, even offering to arrange for a wake-up call . During my stay, I had a small issue with my room key, and the front desk team resolved it in minutes, and then Rebekah Yin apologizing profusely and even offering me a complimentary fruit at the hotel as a gesture of goodwill. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor truly set this hotel apart. and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to the city!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was overall satisfied. The location is excellent and ideal for meetings in the area. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. A particular highlight is the 24-hour fitness center, which offers great flexibility. The facilities are overall decent. A solid choice for business travel.

One of the best hotels in this region. The golf course setting is very pleasant. Hotel staff are very friendly including those working in the breakfast dining area.
Breakfast has a lot of choices and are of top quality. With ample parking, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The whole floor/ corridor has very strong smoke smell as soon as the lift reach to our floor and smell get into the room. So the hotel replace our room.
Apparently, someone has smoke even though there is a fine applied.
When we checked out on the next day, we found another cigarette butt on top of the bin in front of the lift.
It seems every floor has someone smoking.
When we reported to the reception, they just said every guest is different and they cant do much.
