Excellent stay at Wanda! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. What really made my stay stand out was TEZCAN at the front desk — incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. TEZCAN went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, offering great local tips and handling every request promptly. That level of personalized service is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel's location is convenient, facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is warm and professional. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Convenient location near 2 big malls, eateries and the Route 54 Tourist Tram station. The hotel provided us with an upgrade to the Wanda Club floor which was a bonus. The room was clean and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. The porters were also friendly and helpful. However, there was lingering cigarette smell in the room and a cigarette bud was found outside the hotel window despite it being a non-smoking floor. There was no hot water for showering for an hour on one of the nights— i understand its a problem with the electrical company but i’d have appreciated a notice so we can make arrangements to boil our own water instead of showering with cold water.

As expected from Wanda, the hotel was great!
However, we didn't have a good experience at the receptionist. The staff was talking about us in Mandarin thinking that we do not understand Mandarin. She even help their own local to check-in while she is still holding on to our passports and doing the administrative work, which we feel that it was rather unprofessional. She was already processing our IDs and then she went to assist another person to check-in and then complete our check-in process. This has resulted us to check-in rather late. She was sighing throughout the whole process. This service is definitely not what we expected from Wanda. After giving us our rooms, the worst thing is there is only ONE bed when we travel up to check in. We have to come back all the way down for the same lady to change our rooms once again.
Breakfast buffet, i think it could be better! There are quite a number of local food which is rather tasty. It wasnt something i will go a second time.
Location was quite far from the main attractions.
