We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

This was a very nice hotel to stay and had gluten free options for breakfast. Room was clean and pool was good for swimming. Good amneties in the bathroom. Would go again when staying in this area.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Great hotel in great location 2 blocks from the Obelisk. Central to everything with lots of tourist shops nearby. Restaurants all within very short walking distance. Could change up the variety of food selection available at their daily breakfast. Does not have a business centre as advertised as it was taken away during the pandemic and never replaced. Front desk allowed me to use one of their desktop computers to check in my flight and print boarding passes. I would definitely recommend staying at the NH Tango.

This was my second stay at Novotel Buenos Aires. It is located in the heart of downtown on Avenida Corrientes just down the street from El Oblisco (the Obelisk), the iconic monument in Buenos Aires. This hotel is in the heart of the theater district and within easy walking distance of nice malls like Galleria Pacifico. I love the location and the breakfast buffet is very nice. My room was clean, well appointed and in good condition. House keeping took good care of my room every day. The hotel is extremely close to the subway line which makes the whole city easy to reach. My overall feeling is that for my business stay, this hotel was just right. If I came back for a personal vacation with my family, I would also be very comfortable at this Novotel. Great value for what you get. A small gym, a pool and very close to some amazing restaurants.

Having traveled extensively with my wife, I’ve stayed in many hotels, but my week at Hotel Casa Lucia in BA was truly memorable. Upon entering my junior suite room, I felt a warm sense of comfort that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s location in Arroyo street (Parisian flair) made it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant energy. Each morning, I eagerly anticipated the buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly, adding a personal touch to each interaction. I especially enjoyed talking with Carolina, the bartender, whose passion for mixology led to some fantastic cocktails in Cantabria. The attention of Agustina to detail and genuine service made my stay unforgettable. It wasn’t just about comfort; the thoughtful touches and culinary experiences left lasting memories, and I can’t wait to return to BA.

Beautiful place, Luciana is the best 😉. Great selection of traditional recipes from immigrants adapted with local Argentinian ingredients. Open kitchen design is nice. The aged meat is a must try, great wine selection and ice cream are to die for!! 🤤.

We just got off a 13 night cruise from Valapariso, Chile to Buenos Aires, and were spending one night before flying back home in California. The Savoy was an incredibly wonderful surprise for us. The hotel itself is magnificent, the staff excellent, the rooms wonderfully comfortable and luxurious, and the included breakfast was a feast with everything from fruit to eggs, sausage, and delicious pasteries. We arrived at 9am, were able to check in, and found we were upgraded to the ”finest room”, which was an incredible surprise. I would call it a Jr. Suite, as it had no bedroom, but was the size of 3 rooms combined with 12' ceilings, gorgeous fabrics, and luxurious bedding. Should we ever return to Buenos Aires, we would go back to the Savoy!.

Stayed here one night pre-Antartic cruise and it was organised by the cruise company. The rooms look dated and some of the fittings, particularly in the bathroom needs replacing since they were broken. For the price point, it was disappointing if I had paid myself. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Personally I would choose a different hotel unless you need to be in recoleta specifically

This hotel is not in the center of tourist sites, so it is necessary to take an inexpensive taxi or uber, but we enjoyed the neighborhood vibe. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and it was an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens and Eco-Park. Large room and balcony, good air conditioning, very clean and bright. Safe luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The two guys at the front desk every morning were exceptional. For example, upon our arrival, Manuel was out the door to assist with our luggage before we even took a step away from the taxi. We enjoyed the daily breakfast in the spacious dining room. Good selection of items.
