Hotel berhampiran Mantenimiento e instalación de peceras, Buenos Aires

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Stayed for two nights pre-cruise and one night post cruise. The building is beautiful but the area around the hotel is not particularly good, albeit a good location for busses and sightseeing etc. The internal architecture and common parts decoration are stunning. Our pre-cruise room was very small, with staining on the bed linen and lamp shades and upon opening the curtains our view was an inside wall. Generally, it was very dated, in need of modernization and extremely dimly lit. The bed however was very comfortable. The shower was also excellent, but the bathroom could benefit from mats as the marble floor was very slippery. Our room post cruise was lovely, very spacious, well appointed, clean and well-kept but again extremely dimly lit. The WiFi was great. The breakfast was excellent on both stays with a variety of choice for all tastes and excellent staff in attendance. All staff we came into contact with were very polite and helpful but our experience in the bar was poor with slow service and being ignored whilst standing at the bar waiting to place an order. If we were to re-visit Buenos Aires, we would unlikely stay here again which is a shame given its history.

Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

erano gli anni bui di Buenos Aires, quelli del cacerolaso …. e in tale data che ritornai per la seconda volta in piacevole hotel allora di proprietà di un emigrato italiano, che con la sua esperienza del settore fece di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza meravigliosa anche per la sua econimicità, e ci riuscì appieno, personale attento e scrupoloso, camera fra gli ultimi piani che ci dava un panorama unico e massima la pulizia, colazioni ricche e abbondanti: La posizione UNICA a pochi minuti c'è Buenos Aires a Vostri ”piedi” : Plaza de Maio con il palazzo della Presidenza … La cattedrale, ( durante la visita conoscemmo l'allora arcivescovo di B.A. poi divenuto Papa ….), Sant'Elmo e il Caminito a piedi mezz'ora …., attraversando la strada per andare alla zona commerciale della Florida, c'era il giornalaio anche lui italiano, con i giornali italiani il teatro Colon … cosa si vuole di più ripeto B.A. alla nostra misura di vacanza a che a piedi !

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

Habitación grande.cama esplendida.cocina.Espejo hasta el piso en el placard.Baño.comodo.Pedi secador de cabello y me lo dieron abajo en recepción .Balcón grande con sillones Luminoso.Split frío calor.Loby moderno y bien decorado.A disposición te y galletitas.Agua de cortesía.Zona algo oscura de noche.Solo eso objeto en cuanto a la ubicación.El resto recomiendo altamente.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Horrible service. We arrived early around 8am. The guy at the reception totally ignored us. When he approached he didnt even acknowledged our presence. I greeted him with a Hello. Good morning. He simply replied : Give me a minute! Im busy here!...Story cut short . We made 2 reservations for later on that day. We used the same credit card. One of the reservations was cancelled without any warnings 3 hours after we were supposed to check in. We went to check in and the guy told us the card was invalid and the reservation had been cancelled. When we explained both families had reseved using exactly the same card, and one was still reserved , the guy stated it happens all the time. Maybe a tech problem , but we had lost our reservation anyway.Read the reviews! Families with children having their reservations cancelled, dirty rooms.pests and rude receptionists. In the end we were glad we stayed away from this place. We found a way better hotel down the road called Pleno Madero ex Own Madero. Staff members were polite, professional and the hotel was clean and welcoming.What a difference!
