Hotel berhampiran Roque Saenz Pena Avenue (Diagonal Norte), Buenos Aires

Fue una corta pero agradable estadía. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas, tienen algunos pequeños detalles de mantenimiento, para mejorar, pero sólo detalles. El desayuno muy completo, y tenés que informar la hora en que tenés previsto concurrir, lo cual me parece acertado. Destaco la amabilidad de las personas de recepción, de limpieza, en el desayunador. Todos atendiendo a los húespedes con una sonrisa... lo cuál me parece super positivo. Tiene estacionamiento con costo en el hotel, que también es una ventaja.

Two night pre-cruise stop. Reception quick and efficient. Arrived very early but able to access room plus breakfast for two for $40 which was great. Room large, clean but basic. Everything worked - safe, TV although more sockets, USB would be welcome. Higher floors would be better for city views. Bed large and comfortable. Breakfast basic but more than adequate. Spa and pool available if wish. Hotel bar was good value. Location great - Just off Av. de Mayo and 10 min walk to central square. Area safe enough although quiet after dark. Lots of varied eateries nearby. Hotel and BA good value for money especially if purchase pesos when here.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Near Obelisk monument. Relatively good location to metro station and modern room, unlike many hotels which are relatively old.

Hotel was great for what we needed. We were coming off a cruise ship and our flight wasnt until 7:30. We were able to check in early, take a nap and lay by the pool and then get a shower for our flight home. The hotel is VERY small. The tiniest elevators and hallways I have ever seen. Also the pool was also very small but there was only 2 other people there and they were also from our ship. think they were maybe 6 rooms per floor. Breakfast was included but we had eaten on the ship. There were restaurants nearby. They were able to call us a Taxi for the ride to the airport. As I said it was perfect for what we needed it to be.

Great little hotel. Ok the cons. Two blocks too much into an area that might not feel right with travelers that are not use to big cities like NYC. While the room was clean and well appointed the shower could use a little love. And lastly no coffee in the room. The pros. Great staff. Water bottles and drinks in the room. Room is big and comfortable. The price is right and the location close enough to key areas. Breakfast was good just what you need nothing fancy. I would def stay here again. I would recommend to people as well.

Stayed here one night pre-Antartic cruise and it was organised by the cruise company. The rooms look dated and some of the fittings, particularly in the bathroom needs replacing since they were broken. For the price point, it was disappointing if I had paid myself. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Personally I would choose a different hotel unless you need to be in recoleta specifically

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.
