"This is a truly beautiful and wonderful place! Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or enjoy a vacation, I highly recommend it! The hotel grounds are expansive, and the accommodations are situated around a stunning large lake. The room's facilities and kitchenware were spotless and very comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Two days simply wasn't enough! I will definitely be back next time!"

"Amazing overnight stay in the Parisian Suite, the decor was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable!! I wanted to purchase the same quilt and pillows. Great smart lighting and the TVs disguised as artwork was brilliant, bath had a tv also. Located right in the centre of town Kirby Lonsdale was very picturesque. Will be back again, and would highly recommend staying for the weekend."

"Walked in at approx 7.30pm on a Sunday evening just wanting something quick and easy after a day out walking, and having a dog limits you. Decided upon the Snooty Fox. Immediately asked upon walking up the bar if food was being served still to be told it was aside from the Sunday roast. So I ordered some drinks and returned to the table. After downloading the app to order (which is an ordeal in itself seeing as there is very little signal and no free wifi that i could find), and realising that 3/4 of the menu isn't available on the app I returned to the bar to place our order to be told that the kitchen had been closed and the man behind the bar didn't have a clue why we'd been told it was open still. The staff member was very apologetic but still, very poor customer service. The decor looks very dated to say when we came to KL a few months ago it looked like it was closed for refurb. The real ale choice is very, very limited and after reading other reviews I think we had a lucky escape. So in the end we finished our drinks and left. Certainly won't be returning again when there are far better establishments in the close proximity. Lesson learnt to be more organised in the future."

I didn’t use the tv & nearby chair but they were available. The breakfast was good & I had a very tasty home-made steak pie & veg one evening. Plenty of pubs and curry restaurants nearby."
