The units were not brand new but they were very clean (no cockroaches which is important for me) spacious, and had all that we needed to make our trip comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good. We stayed for 31 days so realistically, sometimes there will be food items that are on the repeat. What makes staying here so special is actually the staff. They are amazingly nice, pleasant, respectful and very helpful. Special mention to Seira and Joyce from the business center who responded to all our concerns in a timely manner. Then to the Puso Restaurant staff John and Mark who always greet us with a smile and made sure we had our coffee and drinks ready when we have breakfast. The location is also very good, just a few mins walk away from Ayala Mall. We highly recommend booking here.

A suggestion for improvement - to strengthen the rules in the pool especially to foreigners. My little kids were there swimming and they both asked why those young foreigners were not following the rules, they must be kicked out from the pool. Pity was the attendant who kept on reminding them.

I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work.
Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required).
The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied.
Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow.
Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

One Tectona Hotel exceeded our expectations during the Cebu Swing: Golf Tourism Famtour. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and valued. The amenities were top-notch, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The food was delicious, offering a delightful array of culinary delights that satisfied even the most discerning palates. And as for the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration. My children had a fantastic time at this place! They enjoyed the waterpark so much that they spent the entire day there. Pororo Land was also a fun experience, although I felt that the two hours allotted wasn't quite enough and seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we all really enjoyed the various activities my partner and the kids participated in. Overall, it was a memorable day!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Solea. The facility was well-maintained, my kids enjoyed the aqua park and swimming pools, the area was wide enough for you to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

I stayed here twice in April & May 2023 and was consistently impressed with the staff & the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and very courteous. The deluxe room had a great view, was large, clean, modern and very comfortable all around. The buffet breakfast was excellent with good selection of Western and Pilipino dishes. And the table service was excellent—shout out to Ariel and staff for a very attentive service! I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality & selection of drink’s & pastries at the Cafe also punctuated by excellent service. The property has 3 great pools, a small private beach , picnic area & fitness center. For me the only service missing is the food room service but it’s a minor item for what I needed. The location is an about 30 min from Mactan airport in a secluded gated area. Getting here was through local neighborhood and inconvenient from other restaurants & services so you’re pretty much will be staying on the property unless you want to go out for a long drive. I paid 650 pesos for a Grab ride around noon time from IT park to Reef. I have been to many 5 star Western style resort hotels in US, Europe & Asia and Reef compares well especially if you can book a discounted room for less than $150 USD. Overall, I highly recommend the Reef Island Resort hotel and will return again when I’m in the area. Definitely a good value for the money and excellent staff.

The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

JJardaniCHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice.
THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain.
RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay.
SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away.
OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

PPengguna TetamuCrimson Mactan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast spread was incredible, props to the head chef who made sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is of quality. We chose Crimson as our wedding venue and while it rained during our reception, the whole team was quick to respond to transfer everyone to the ballroom to keep the party going! They were also generous enough to hold a foam pool party for us the day after the wedding. The premises were clean and beautiful, rooms are cozy... we have no regrets with holding the best day of our lives at Crimson Mactan!

PPengguna TetamuI must start with the most incredible aspect of our experience, which far exceeded expectations. We accidentally left over $1,000 USD in our hotel room safe when we checked out. We didn’t realize this until after we had arrived on Boracay. I didn’t expect to ever see that money again. Certainly, in the US, there’s no chance in hell I’m ever getting that money back. Nevertheless, when I called the Holiday Inn Cebu City, the staff seemed genuinely committed to finding the money and somehow getting it back to me. Once they found it, they called me back immediately and confirmed the amount in the safe. Then, for the better part of two days, the staff visited various Western Union offices in Cebu City to find someone that would exchange the notes into pesos, which they could then send to me via Western Union in the US. They finally found someone who could send all but $300 because those were the older $100 bills that most foreign money changers won’t touch. Oh well, I was more than excited to get most of my money back. I was quite happy to leave the remaining $300 as a tip for their super service. Then, after a couple more weeks, they contacted me and let me know they were able to convert the remaining $300 to pesos. Keep in mind that this is a country where the wage rate is significantly lower than the US and this was a material amount of money. The staff at the Holiday Inn Cebu City was so honest and so committed to excellent customer service that they went out of their way to get the rest of the money to me. This in itself made me a life time, loyal customer of this hotel. Now, beyond this particular amazing experience, the hotel is the perfect spot for tourists. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Asia, and the swimming pool had a great view and was well appointed. The location is perfect for tourists because lots of places are walking distance, like the Ayala Center. Hands down a memorable stay for a world traveler who’s been to every continent. I highly recommend this property!!

The on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience, with a diverse menu and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options to satisfy every palate.
The hotel’s location is another highlight—close to major attractions yet nestled in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. I also took advantage of the fitness center and spa, both of which were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind.
Overall, my experience at Solea Pams Resort was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return!

PPengguna TetamuThis is a budget friendly choice if you need to a short stay in Cebu city. Its ideally located near JY so transportation will not be a problem. They also have a resto called Tamp but its on the pricier side. Other restos/cafe just across the street as well. I had two overnight stays both booked on Agoda. The second stay, I decided to walk in however the front office desk agent advised me that they did not have availability. Strange. I booked a room via Agoda on the spot and was able to get the room and a good rate. Room pretty basic but it had the necessary amenities like coffee/tea making facilities. Also toiletries. Have to mention that on my 2nd stay, I was given a room that did not smell fresh. It was clean and all but the linens smelled like they did not dry properly so it was annoying. I did not raise an issue with front desk because it was just an overnight stay All in all, they offer better rates than the Yello hotel just across the road. They have long stay and day use rates as well.

При выезде возвращают. - Когда во всем городе из-за проливного дождя отключился свет, в отеле работал генератор. Но от вырабатываемого электричества питались только дверные электрозамки. Автобус с кондиционером до себу из моалбоала в 10:00 утра. 156 песо с человека
