And there is relaxation (big rooms, spa, great food) whenever we needed to take a break. We will definitely be returning! Not to mention the service was 100 out of 10. We felt like we were family during our trip."

"We stayed two nights. The hotel is centrally located in an excellent pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. The owners have done a great job restoring the building with several beautiful details. Parking may be an issue and during our visit a festival was going on in Cognac. Most of the central part was closed so we could not drive to the hotel. We phoned the hotel and a friendly team member gave us good directions. We also got information about where to park and it all turned out very well. Our room was spacious, very clean and equipped with a/c, coffee maker and tv with several international channels. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. All the team members we encountered did a great job and we really enjoyed our stay here."

The location is excellent, we parked the car opposite the hotel on the Friday evening when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left on the Sunday morning. Perfect in every way."

"Welcoming, friendly, helpful, polite, downside this year very little hydrostatic paper remained in the unwinder coupled with 2 rolls. . Despite my report, I was told at reception that there was enough paper, that the room had been made before my arrival and that I did not know how to operate the coupled unwinder and I was kindly explained that when a roll is empty you push to bring the opposite full roll. And,,, they agreed with me, there was almost nothing left, fortunately for the train journey I had brought a full roll But otherwise everything is impeccable and the staff greet you even when they pass you in the street and they are off duty. So I want to point it out, I just said a downside"
