The hotel is ideally located near the city center, making it convenient to explore the main attractions of Cognac. Although the room was small, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety, especially the fresh local bread and coffee, which made for a great start to the day. Overall, Ibis Cognac is a great value option for both business and leisure travelers."

"I've used this title before and it applies to the Ibis Styles. I'd stayed recently at an Ibis in the UK for 3 nights and it was comfortable enough for a short stay. As I only wanted an overnight stop in France I thought I'd give it a try. It was quite expensive but it was in a convenient location near the motorway and it was August. It was clean, modern and comfortable if a bit stark but for one night I need nothing more. Our ground floor room, 114, looked out onto the the patio area. Reception was efficient and English-speaking (I don't expect it but it helps). There is free parking outside. We walked to a nearby pizza restaurant, about 10 minutes walk away, for dinner although there is an adjacent restaurant called 'le Boucherie' Breakfast was buffet-style and adequate if not excessive like some up-market hotels."
