"This is truly a heartwarming homestay. Even before we entered, the host came out to greet us, guided us to the parking lot, and helped park the car. We stayed for two nights. On the second evening, a strong wind caused a power outage across the entire town and scenic area. The host immediately went room to room to deliver emergency lights, explain the situation, and reassure us that hot water was still available. Although the outage caused some inconvenience, we understood it was due to unforeseen circumstances. The host actively worked to resolve the issue and even offered to refund half of our stay upon checkout. The next morning, we even saw the owner coming down to pack breakfast for the staff. While our stay wasn’t perfect, what mattered most was how promptly and sincerely the owner addressed any issues. We genuinely hope their business continues to thrive!"

"This stay was wonderful. Sadly we arrived late and couldn’t make the most of the rooms and surroundings, but the morning was beautiful. The people were kind and helpful, and some have a sense of humour. Very clean rooms. Great view. Good tea set which was gratefully used for a peaceful moment with the view when I had to recharge. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was really tasty—and vegetarian. Good local tea on offer! The rooms on the ground floor are clearly non-smoking and don’t have a whiff of cigarette about them (thankful lungs, eyes and skin). All rooms we saw were beautiful and clean. Shower was hot and good pressure. Coming in late was not an issue. Thank you so much for the care and kindness!"

"On est resté 4 jours tellement on a aimé. L endroit est simple et paisible. Les chambres sont grandes, donnant sur une terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Les repas du soir sont délicieux."

"Very comfortable place, room has everything you need and is well decorated, owner is very helpful. The view is nice though it’s up in the mountains so the drive up is difficult. The room we booked is for 3 people but the toilet door is glass (you can see the toilet bowl) so it may not be suitable for friends."

"This was the best part of our trip to China. We booked a one night stay and enjoyed it so much we stayed two extra nights. The ambiance is so relaxing and there are many nice touches that are very thoughtful. The service was excellent and the owners treated us very well. They are very professional and care for their guests. The price is excellent value."

"The hotel has seen its better days. Booked window facing river which is good view. ACU works fine but internet connections can be much better. 250 m away from the main road. Restaurants nearby. Hotel can arrange shared transport to ur next destination. There are plenty hotels here. Pick yr choice within yr budget. Hotel with elevator lift."

"We stayed for two nights and the view from the room is stunning. The tibetan-styled decoration is amazing and makes all the difference, but there were also a few downsides which I have to mention. - For someone that does not speak Chinese, it is very hard to find. So we will write here how we did: from Tagong we took a shared vehicle to Bamei. From there, we took another shared vechicle to Danba, and from Danba, there are rural shared vehicles that will take you to Jiaju. I attach the image of the road sign where you need to get off. There is an entry fee to Jiaju town. - Regarding this rural vehicle, comes the biggest disappointment of our stay, as we asked the owner of the hotel to call a vehicle for us (there is no other way to leave) and he replied “you can look for yourself and if you cannot find one, I will help you”… without a Chinese phone number and without speaking Chinese, it is impossible to call a local driver. So we mentioned this, and he called one driver. When we asked how much we should pay, he say 50 yuan for two people, same as he told us to pay on the way here, but his wife was there and got very angry at him because the real price was 15 yuan per person, and he was part of the rip off. The lady was very friendly and helpful, on the other side, so we want to thank her for her help as she tried to help us. Despite this, we still reccommend you to come as it is a beautiful place and there are walking paths that you can use to walk everywhere in town. The shared toilet was not a problem, hot water works well."

"漢庭的衞生還是很靠譜的。設施稍微老了點。不過放東西的地方是真足，就喜歡這種行李可以隨意安放的地方。睡得挺好的。雖然靠馬路，不過晚上房間比較安靜。早上是被後面的學校吵醒的。不過下次去還是可能選他家的。"

"We had an amazing time staying at this homestay. The wife and husband who run it are so pure and lovely, we had such a laugh with them while trying to communicate in different languages, they are full of joy! The hotel itself is really lovely, very traditional design of the area and with fantastic views from the 3 terraces! The food was unbelievable, all grown by the family, pesticide free, and cooked freshly to perfection. Dinner was very well priced as well and super handy as we didn’t have a car. The lovely hostess even made us a packed lunch when we said we were going on a hike, and accommodated us with a very early breakfast when we had an early morning bus to catch. They also booked us a taxi which was super helpful. We loved staying here, it had a very homely vibe, would 100% recommend."
